The condo was just as listed. Beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. Check in was easy and check out was juat as simple using the app. Parking was close and everything was labled.

Perfect beach condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo on the beach. Beach access was great, amenities were as advertised, and the condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We did not want for anything. Hope to return next year!

When we arrived, the room had a bug spray smell. We used Lysol and others items to help with smell. During the visit, we realized the refrigerator was not working. We lost all the food we had put in the refrigerator. We had to throw it in the garbage due to the temperature. Also, the smell continued, which made us think possibly the smell was coming from the refrigerator. Not sure. Very disappointed in the smell and waste. We did enjoy the property in access to the Beach.

During your stay, our team offered to assist after you reported your concerns, but you requested that they be addressed after your departure. We also did not receive any additional calls or messages regarding the refrigerator until the day before your checkout, which unfortunately limited our ability to inspect or resolve the issue while you were still in the home. Guest comfort is very important to us, and had we been given the opportunity to access the property during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate the odor and assist. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and they have since been addressed with our maintenance team for inspection. The drain line was clogged. Thank you again for your feedback, we hope to welcome you back.

New Smyrna Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The only downside was the glass sliding doors was too steep with a ledge that catches your foot. My husband fell the first time he went out of it. It scared me to death. I thought he was really hurt bad. Thankfully he wasn't seriously hurt but was very sore the rest of our stay.
