Imagine yourself and your loved ones coming home from a hard yet fulfilling day of skiing or walking, preparing a delicious meal together in the fully equipped kitchen and having a great dinner. Then you enjoy the evening in front of the crackling fire on the cuddly sofa. This is pure relaxation, well deserved!



Lodge Little Bear is a comfortable chalet (terraced house) with private garden, 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, open plan living room with kitchen and dining area, wood pellet burner. The bedrooms have good sized double beds, the master bedroom comes with an en suite shower room. The second bathroom also come with a walk-in shower.

The bbq area is only available from may to october (depending on snow conditions) and it can only be used with charcoal (no real wood please)

There are max. 2 dogs allowed 



During winter either snow chains or a 4 x 4 are necessary. The mountain road is a paved road and is cleared very well but nevertheless snow chains or a 4 x 4 may be required. The next supermarket and doctor office are both located in the valley at the town centre of Uttendorf which is 17km away.



The lake is a reservoir and the water is drained and dammed several times a day to produce electricity.

Therefore, unfortunately, it is not allowed to swim in the lake. The water would also be much too cold for bathing, it never rises above 10 degrees.

You can splash around a bit, let your feet hang in, etc. you can do it at the upper end where the stream runs into the lake. For swimming, we recommend our great bathing lake in the valley below. Enjoy your summer days with delicious meals on site, SUPs to borrow, a slide and a children's area.

Lodge kleiner Bär in Enzingerboden

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, wir und unser Hund haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Lodge ist wirklich gut. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Lift und damit verbunden einige sehr schöne Wanderungen. Für 4 Nächte im Sommer eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wenn man sich etwas Ruhe wünscht und vorher alles einkauft, was während des Aufenthalts benötigt wird. Der kontaktlose Check-in and -out war auch total unkompliziert. Hier und da müssten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden: - Dichtung und Brausekopf Dusche undicht (Bad links im 1. OG) - Wohnzimmerlichter am Sofa defekt - Austausch beschichteter Pfannen - Fensterläden zum Abdunkeln teilweise verzogen und können nicht geschlossen werden

Chalets mit Familie im Winter

Die Chalets sind schön eingerichtet und gemütlich zum verweilen. Die Lage ist prinzipiell schön, allerdings wirkt die Gegend teilweise wie ein Industriegebiet und die aktuelle sehr große Baustelle verstärkt diesen Eindruck. Das angrenzende Skigebiet ist schön, Preiswert und sehr Familienfreundlich, allerdings lief das Skigebiet in sehr eingeschränktem Betrieb.

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Ausblick bezaubernd. Das Chalet ist super ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne kommen wieder. Die Lage erfordert gute Autofahrer bei unterschiedlichsten Witterungsbedingungen.

Enzingerboden ist eine einzige Baustelle

Das Objekt ist an sich sehr schön gelegen. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, aber für 4 Personen für eine Woche Aufenthalt doch recht klein. Es gibt nicht ausreichend Möglichkeiten, Kleidung auszupacken. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist hingegen sehr schön eingerichtet. Großes, großes ABER: Der Enzingerboden ist aktuell eine einzige Baustelle, da bis 2025 (!!!) ein Wasserkraftwerk neu gebaut wird. Wander- und Spazierwege sind ausnahmslos gesperrt. Eins von zwei Restaurants hat geschlossen. Bauarbeiten gibt es auch bei den Seilbahnstation Rudolfshütte. Bauarbeiten, Bager, etc. Das haben wir als sehr unangenehm empfunden. Es gab kaum eine Möglichkeit, sich die Beine zu vertreten, ohne auf der Baustelle zu landen. Der Einzingerboden (Stausee) ist nicht betretbar oder umlaufbar. Auch wenn der Vermieter sicherlich bestrebt ist, die Bauarbeiten wirtschaftlich zu überleben, soll der Aufenthalt für die Mieter der hart erarbeitete und ersparte Jahresurlaub sein. Knapp 1.500,- EUR für eine Woche Baustelle. Schade, da hätten wir uns mehr Ehrlichkeit und eine Information seitens des Vermieters bei Abschluss der Buchung erwartet. Und die Antwort "Der Mieter hätte sich informieren müssen." kann man sich getrost schenken! Schade, das ganz ist also bis Ende der Bauarbeiten (2025) nicht zu empfehlen.

5 schöne Tage

Nettes gemütliches Reiheneckhäuschen, für 2 optimal, für 4 sicher auch ok, für 6 vermutlich zu klein. Gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht vorhanden... Als Stützpunkt für die ein paar Gehminuten entfernte Seilbahn zur Rudolfshütte perfekt. Aber Achtung: Es gibt eine Großbaustelle im Tal nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt (Tunnelbau!), also tagsüber ist mit Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen!

Fehlerhafte Beschreibung

Leider war das beschriebene Restaurant vor Ort geschlossen, was für uns persönlich einen Haupt-Grund war überhaupt dieses Haus zu buchen. Bei heftigem Schneefall und 17 km Serpentinen Straßen ziemlich fatal. Wir beklagen uns sicher nicht über das schlechte Wetter aber über die ungünstige Versorgungslage. Man erinnert sich leider auch nicht mehr an das Telefonat, als wir beschlossen hatten abzureisen wegen heftigen Schneefalles und der schlechten Versorgungslage.Uns wurde gesagt wenn wir gesagt hätten dasswir abreisen, hätte man uns eventuell noch etwas gut schreiben können. Insgesamt einen Witz . Die Reklamation ist noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen daher keine abschließende Beurteilung möglich. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet auch alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns was das betrifft wohl gefühlt.
