A wonderful stay!! Great location, close to the parks, wonderful communication with the owners, fans and TVs in the rooms, equipped with everything you need to cook and plenty of room for everyone with all of the en suite bathrooms. We loved the game room too! Would book this property again for sure!

Bill a Donna are amazing hosts. From the first booking stage all the way through to our last day the communication process was seamless. The recommendations they made were really helpful for all of us. We were a party of five, four adults and an eight year old and the villa, resort, and its location were perfect for us. We would definitely recommend staying here and if we were doing Orlando/ Kissimmee again this would be our villa of choice.

This place was perfect. Clean, welcoming, and so convenient. It is in close proximity to restaurants, Wal-mart and all theme parks! Bill and Donna were very helpful and informative.

Not only just a couple of miles away from Disney, we are very close to Wal-Mart and Target, and our home is just a 2 minute walk to the amazing Windsor Hills water park and clubhouse. The BEST and most AMAZING HOST Ever!!!!

First let me say the host are AMAZING!!!! They was so helpful with information and explained everything so detailed. They advised of many places to go, things to do, and stores around us. The homes is so close to everything and I mean everything. The location is GREAT!!! Now the home, the moment we opened the door was breath taking. All the rooms had it's on bathroom, was decorated so pretty, CLEAN and neat. The kitchen was such a beautiful area to cook in. The game room was a big hit and the pool the kids couldn't stay out of it. If you are looking for a 10 Star place to stay please book here NOW. I promise you your money will be well spend with NO regrets. The home look exactly like the pictures but even better in person. The host responded so quick and throughout my whole stay in a timely manner. If I'm ever in Florida again I will be staying here everytime. Thank you Bill and Donna for sharing you lovely home with it... Oh I didn't mention the things to do in the neighborhood you have to see it to believe it. SO FUN you will have access to everything there to do also at not extra cost...

Great Stay once again

Staying in the Windsor Wonder was not a regret once again. The newly decorated home was amazing. Definitely will stay again when we come back. Bill and Donna are amazing hosts.

Windsor Wonderful

We’ve stayed in a few properties in Windsor Hills and this house was the best we have experienced so far . It is tastefully decorated and the fire was a nice touch as we stayed during one of the coldest February’s in 100years ! It’s well equipped with an en-suite bathroom to each bedroom and the south facing pool was a joy to come back from the parks to . Our kids enjoyed using the games room and the gym at the club house. Bill and Donna were very good hosts and were responsive to any queries and pro active in offering suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this house as a base for your theme park location .

Wow! The best home you have experienced in Windsor Hills! Thank you so much for such a wonderful compliment. We really appreciate it! Yes - February 2026 was the coldest month on record. Brrrr. Thankfully our pool heater was able to keep pace on most days, but we are happy to hear our fireplace got some good use as well. For most months of the year our fireplace is only for ambience (it has a no-heat setting), but during the cold snap we had the heating setting on and it is nice to hear it made everyone more cozy. We hope you can visit again soon!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time and we enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. This was, the best VRBO experience we've had. The owners go above and beyond what most other owners do, and I'm sure there are few that do it as well!

We loved it here!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with everything you need close to Disney. Our family of 6 loved our stay here. We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before, and this location was the best (close to clubhouse and main entrance). Owners were easily accessible and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time!

We had a really nice experience and vacation at Bill and Donna’s place. Their place is really nice with lots of amenities. They were always communicating with us about our stay and to provide us with tips about things to do in Orlando.

Perfect Disney homebase

We loved this property and the subdivision. Very convenient to get to Disney. The kids loved the pool and were in it every evening. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Very Nice

Good Property, clean, pool was excellent, arcade was an added treat. The resort was very nice with a great market having very reasonable priced food and adult bevrages. The art project for the kids was nice as well as the theater.Would come back in a heart beat!!

Excellent stay - the location was perfect but the customer service is what left me amazed! Bill and Donna are the perfect host; the communication we received leading to our visit made the arrival process seem less. We felt like we were preparing to visit and stay with family. Excellent stay!

Great house

I was very happy with the Windsor Hills house we rented for our Disney trip. The resort is very close to the parks. Owners Bill and Donna are amazing hosts, very accommodating, answering any questions I had. The house is beautifully decorated, walking distance to the club house and close to entrance. Beds were comfortable and the pool was so nice to come back to after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend.

Great house for spring break trip!

Thanks for a great trip! The house was the perfect size for our family. The boys loved the pool and game room. We were close to a lot of restaurants and the Disney parks. Bill was great to work with and very quick to answer any questions!

Awesome property!

Our stay at the Windsor Wonder was nothing short of incredible. We had 6 family members, and had more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable! The home was clean, the arcade room was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and Bill and Donna were great hosts! We will surely be renting with them during our next visit!

Excellent home and property

This home was the best home we have stayed in yet at windsor hills resort. We have stayed in several. It was freshly remodeled, clean, plenty of supplies, soft blankets, beds were comfortable. The home owners were extremely kind and nice to work with. We will be back!

A Great Place To Stay!

This was our first visit to Orlando and we were extremely happy with our 14 night stay at the Windsor Wonder. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained, with everything you need to just relax and enjoy your stay. The location is superb - the Windsor Hills resort is private and quiet, but also close enough to amenities, restaurants and attractions. Bill and Donna were very helpful with any enquiries we had and went out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable. If we return to Orlando we would definitely stay here again - thank you Bill & Donna!
