We had a great time. Tom is a great host and very responsive. Very clean house with all the amenities you would need. The game/theater room was really cool to have and the pool was awesome. Lots to do nearby within short distance. If you are into classic cars make sure you take the hour drive to Lake Mary to gateway classics, it's a huge warehouse full of classic cars for sale. We had a rainy day so took advantage of the escape room nearby Margaritaville and had lizzie's BBQ for lunch that made for a great day. Thanks, Tom, for making our vacation awesome we will definitely be back.

This was a perfect stay for our first time as a family in the US. Tom was a fantastic host and responded very quickly. The house was just what we were hoping for - we loved the pool and hot tub which we used every day, and the theatre was a big hit with the kids. The ice machine was very popular and now we have requests to get one at home...towels were plentiful, as were kitchen supplies. We were very sad to leave!

The house was great! It was close to the main pool. The saltwater pool was so nice. Plenty of towels, silverware, and start up supplies. We would highly recommend.

Great location near all the parks. Nice home and community for my family to stay in. For 5 adult aged folks and one preteen, the rooms / bathrooms were on the smaller side but other wise the house was is good shape and clean.

The house was amazing! It was immaculate and had everything we needed at our fingertips. The heated pool and hot tub were so relaxing! And the media room movie nights were great! The service when we had any questions was impeccable and we would recommend this to anyone coming to enjoy Disney!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, great appliances, and the theater room was amazing! Very clean, comfortable beds. We appreciated all the available technology and streaming apps, the automatic dimmer lights. The ice machine was a big hit! Our host was responsive when we needed to make some last minute parking arrangements. Would definitely highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing House and great Host

First of all, the host was very helpful from the moment we booked our stay and during our stay. The house has everythin that one might need (laundry, great kitchen to cook in, the pool, tbe tvs with netflix and disney and the gaming room. On top of that, everything is close within a mile (walmart, mcdonalds, gift shops, etc). Would highly recommend.

Best Location !

We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times, and it is the most convenient location to the Disney Parks unless you stay at a hotel on the monorail. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The game room was extremely impressive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home

This home is beautiful and a great place to relax before and after visiting the parks. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful with our questions. Very clean and comfortable. My family loved the outdoor space and the game room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We absolutely LOVED our time at this home. First of all, it was immaculate! The cleanest rental house I've ever stayed at. Furniture, beds, and pillows were all comfy too! It had all of the essentials we needed...plus more! The game room, pool & hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The community pool with the water park was tons of fun. The communication with the owners was outstanding! Easy checkout process too! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Orlando! Highly recommend!

The house was exactly what we needed! Everything about the property was spot on, including comfortable beds and very easy access to the Parks. We also really enjoyed having a swimming pool right out the back door. The house sits about 10 minutes from the front door to all the Disney parks. Access was extremely easy. Tom, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is very friendly and great to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay for a Disney visit.

Home is even better than we expected

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of eight: Two adult couples and four children from ages 10 to 1 1⁄2 as we stayed here for 10 nights. This home was perfect for us. The two adults couples were able to sleep in the very comfortable king sized beds while the young ones all had their own twin bed. Each bedroom, as represented in the diagram and pictures, has a connecting bathroom. The game room in the converted garage was awesome as the kids never tired of the games as there were so many choices and even the adults played a few games. This home is very convenient to the Disney parks. It took us only 15 minutes from leaving the property to exiting the car at any of the Disney parks and we did them all. As other mentioned, there is a Walmart that is very close by and you pass each time you visit Disney. The children loved the pool and even though it has salt water, to them and us as well, you could not tell any difference. Only issue to be aware of is the sparseness of household items as there is only a small salt & pepper shaker, small dish soap, two dishwasher pods for 10 days, very small hand soap in each bathroom and no shampoo or conditioner. So, just be prepared to buy what you need for your stay.I have rented through VBRO maybe 15 times or more in many countries and this owner, Tom, is at the top of the list as he was extremely communitive and helpful. When an issue with the batteries with the TV remotes died, he reacted quickly as he expressed mailed a package that was delivered the next day. We considered staying at a different property due to this home being more money but we were so glad we choice to stay here as there were so many positives: Location, pool, game room, bedrooms, large TV’s and helpful owner.

Everything was perfect. We have been going to Orlando for more than 30 years and this is the best home we have rented. The photos were all accurate. The house is clearly well maintained - which isn't often the case. And everything was in good working order.We had everything we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed until we had them.We have already recommended this home to others and we really hope it's available for our next trip.
