BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this charming abode is equipped to accommodate four guests. The spacious master bedroom, located on the north side of the house, features a plush king bed and an expansive bathroom complete with a shower, a soaking tub, and a large vanity. The second bedroom, situated towards the center of the home, features a comfortable queen bed, with the second bathroom nearby featuring a shower/tub combination. Additionally, the sunroom, located on the south side of the house, features a queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped kitchen offers ample cabinet space and everything necessary to prepare and serve meals during your stay. It opens to the dining and living area, complete with a bar that seats three. The dining room table accommodates six.

LIVING ROOM: Curl up in the cozy leather furniture and take in the breathtaking river views from the living area, complete with a large flat screen TV and satellite programming for movie nights. On the other end of the house, a second living area/sunroom awaits, providing a perfect spot for relaxation, with a high top table perfect for games. The patio is just outside the sunroom.

SETTIING: Clifftop Lookout is situated in one of the best locations in Livingston, with the Yellowstone River flowing right by the backyard and the clifftop perch providing stunning views upriver to the Absaroka Mountains.
