Four-Bedroom Apartment in the Ocean Block of North Rehoboth

In North Rehoboth Beach, in the ocean block of Maryland Avenue, is the second-floor vacation rental at Maryland Gardens 21C. With two stories, this apartment has plenty of space for everyone. When entering the rental, guests find themselves in the kitchen, dining, and living space. This open room flows out onto the screen porch, located on the front of the building overlooking Maryland Avenue. This porch is a great place to start the day with a morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the town. In the other direction, toward the rear of the unit, are two bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as the laundry area. Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor, where there are two more bedrooms that share the second bathroom. Guests will also enjoy the access to the second floor's deck, which overlooks the area behind the building. There is off-street parking for one car. Access to rental unit requires one flight of stairs. Per the Maryland Gardens HOA, pets are prohibited.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $272.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
