Two bedroom, two bath with balcony ocean view.
Across the street from Capt Curt's, Daiquiri Deck, numerous restaurant, boat and bike rentals, ice cream store, pubs, pizza, grocery, nail salon, hair salon and much more! Free shuttle every 20 minutes to Siesta Key Village picks you up right in front of our complex.

Fun in the Sun

Property was exactly as pictured and truly in the most convenient location. Check in was fast and efficient as she was very informative and helpful. The condo was well stocked with all you need to include beach towels, beach toys, and easy to rent beach umbrellas. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that the condo needs a deep cleaning to include dusting the artificial plants and a thorough cleaning in the bathrooms as there was a lot of black hairs stuck on the bathroom walls and the bottoms of bathroom doors were nasty.

Spring Break in Siesta Key

Everything was perfect. Unit exceeded expectations. Furniture and beds were all comfortable. Kitchen items were a higher quality. Plenty of paper filters for coffee maker. Everything was so smooth and stress free it was really great, we would book again without question. We didn't not use the pool or common grill area but it all looked fine. So easy to get around, little market across the street, restaurant/bars right there, free "taxis" right out the door. Area was clean, felt safe, no issues.

We loved being steps away from the beach. We also really appreciated that the owner provided an umbrella, beach toys, and beach chairs (the ones at the property go fast) - saved us having to rent those things. Great location, great unit, and office is super responsive.

Loved the location of this condo! Parking and elevators close to room. Easy walk to the beach.

Condo was great! We did miss having a washer and dryer in the unit but the room had everything we needed. Great location in siesta key near food, shops, and small grocery store for last minute needs. Maintenance was available right away when the AC stopped working and got us up and running quickly. We had a great experience for our first time in Siesta Key. Would definitely recommend Sea shell Condos :)

Cute + comfy unit, great beachside location

Booked last-minute for a holiday weekend getaway with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law and were pleasantly surprised. The listing photos don't do it justice -- the unit itself is large, with cute beachy decor, well-stocked kitchen, and closet stocked with cooler, umbrella and beach toys. The building is a little old and nothing spectacular, but clean, well-maintained, and the location is unbeatable. Property manager was communicative and helpful. Overall a great stay, would definitely repeat.
