This was a great place to stay. Condo was perfect for us. Very clean and the location on the beach and right across from Captain Curts and some other restaurants was great. The location works well to grab a trolley to downtown. Will stay here again.

Great vacation. Rental was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, and on a nice section of the walkable beach. There was some construction going on at neighboring buildings but it was not an issue. Communication from the owner was helpful and quick. We would recommend this property.

This is my 5th time at Siesta Keys and 5th time staying at Zoya’s Sea Shell Condo. I really love this place. It’s got one of the best beaches in the country with the softest white sand and the warmest, calm shallow waters that you can literally stay in for hours at a time. The two bedroom condo has everything you might need for a comfortable stay - a fully equipped kitchen that I used every day, big comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, a strong AC unit, and the beach is just downstairs. Zoya is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Always wants to ensure I have an amazing stay.I think this is the best beach vacation I’ve ever had, that’s why I keep coming back. Sometimes alone, sometimes with my family, and it’s always wonderful and stress-free. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back!

The beach view was from the sides, not front, but we did not expect any view. There is good beach view from the balcony, you can see a piece of the beach from the living room, and another piece from one side of the dining table.The host is wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped, the sunsets on te beach are gorgeous. The beach is amazing.

Clean and great location

The entire stay was great and we enjoyed our time on Siesta Key. The owners were super responsive and made the check in/out super easy!! Loved that the condo was very clean and you're only steps from the beach.

Sea Shell is a well situated condo in Siesta Key. Unit 404 is nicely located and much of it appears to be recently updated. Nicely furnished and equipped.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely loved my stay again. I like to travel alone. The location is amazing, just a few steps from the beach, which made it super convenient to pop over any time of day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook , which was a huge plus. The host is fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions . will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed are 3 week stay. The unit was perfectly located, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed was close by. We will be back in Siesta Key next year!
