The place itself was perfect!! Great location, all the space we needed. There were a few things that didn't work, we called the property manager and they were very responsive. The house didn't have enough towels and there were no beach or pool towels. Things guests should bring for sure!! The house was everything we needed. Some of the minor details need some improverment.

Spacious and Comfortable

Oceans 7 is so nice. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and lots of room. Elevator was great! Pool was fine, but if heat is desired, keep an eye on the breaker. Tends to trip. The property manager was a bit slow to respond. Had to call a few times to get a response to questions. But took care of things once I got them.

Almost perfect

This is a gorgeous house with a beautiful pool and steps from the water. The views cannot be beat. Plenty of space. Great stocked kitchen. Complaints: Fuse blew for pool heat so pool was cold most of our stay until we figured it out just in time to leave No lamps in living room so it’s either fluorescent overhead lighting or nothing, which is unpleasant. No bedside table lamps in upstairs bedrooms and horrible overhead fluorescent lights, really unpleasant experience trying to read before bed.

Amazing property!

This house is far more beautiful than the pictures portray and the views are simply amazing! The kitchen has all the basics and a huge amount of counter space. The walk to the beach from the house is so short that we didn’t even put on our sandals. The views of the ocean from the pool are also amazing. The communication with the rental company was professional and timely with easy check in and check out. The house was clean when we arrived and our only little issue was that the start button on both the washer and dryer seems to be finicky. We had to push it several times to get both to start. Bring extra towels if you like thick towels or want to use more than one per person. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week

Our family spent Thanksgiving week here, 14 adults and 4 children. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets standing on the back deck or down at the ocean’s edge. The pool is heated and our children spent most of the time in it. Walking on the beach you can see fishing boats out in the horizon. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. There are 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. The second floor landing(3rd from garage) has another set of coffee makers with a full refrigerator. Additionally the washer and dryer are on the second floor and come in handy to dry swimsuits and towels. There are only one towel/wash cloth set per guest, so if you want more towels for the beach or pool, you should bring those with you. The family room opening off the kitchen is spacious and had enough seating for our Thanksgiving meal together. Very nice and peaceful experience for my family.
