Settle into this relaxing, Southwestern-style townhome complete with a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for four for mealtimes or family board games, and a chill living area with a smart, flatscreen TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Outside, fire up your gas grill and enjoy an intimate al fresco dining experience. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shard seasonal pool and spa - perfect for sunny summer afternoons or relaxing evenings after long days of adventuring.

Quiet, Lovely Stay in Moab

We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June 2025. The location is in a quiet townhome community with a pool. We enjoyed the using the grill two nights to prepare supper. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels if you use the pool. This was a nice location for hitting Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park, and Arches.

Perfect Place to Stay in Moab

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this condo had everything we needed. Modern appliances and comfortable furniture. We will definitely stay here again. I booked this on VRBO and the condo is managed by VACASA. Communication is terrible because VACASA refuses to message you through the VRBO app. Loved the new appliances but had to Google directions for the washer/dryer and coffee machine.

Low battery chirped in the middle of night, no replacement available. No rags in bin, told to use for clean ups. Shelf with bin on about to fall down. Sloppy paint repairs. Lamp in master didn't work "parts on order since early September ". Water glasses and coffee mugs needed rewashing. Tiny first floor bathroom.

National Park Vacation

Great condo well stocked with all the essentials. Close to downtown Moab but far enough away from the chaos. Very close to Arches, Canyonlands Island in the Sky and Dead Horse State Park and close enough to the Needles section of Canyonlands. We even went to Mesa Verde from here too! Great stay!

It was exactly what I wanted. Close to town but not too close. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable. The couch and chair weren’t quite as comfortable for two tall people but it worked out ok. Will stay again if we get back to Moab.

Great townhouse, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome - clean, well stocked, well organized and close to everything. Communication is mixed - anything within the standard process was fully automated and worked awesome. Any question outside of the automated process would be left unanswered for days or even weeks.
