Schöne alte Villa von 1910. Sehr gute Lage.Mittelmäßige Ausstattung:( .Küche ohne Backofen, ohne Mikrowelle. Essgeschirr ist in einem Regal auf dem Boden untergebracht :(. Unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohn/Schlafbereich.Die Vermieter sind in den Sommermonaten vor Ort und nutzen natürlich auch den Garten.Auch hier leider unbequeme Sitzgelegenheiten.

Tolle Vermieterin und top Unterkunft

Die wunderschöne 1910 erbaute Villa direkt am Strand hat uns super gefallen - ebenso der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die nette Vermieterin. Einziges Manko: es ist kein Parkplatz inclusive...

Naja

Sehr positiv ist, die Lage der Ferienwohung, direkt am Strand von Warnemünde. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Ferienwohung wurde vor längerer Zeit kostenbewußt saniert und ist inzwischen deutlich abgewohnt. Der Schlafbereich ist gut. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind sehr einfach.
