Very nice apartment of 28 m2 in the heart of the Marais for 3 people, completely on courtyard. 2d with elevator:





•   Fully equipped open kitchen, with microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need to cook.





•   Sitting area with sofa bed for two adults, armchair, coffee table, HD TV, internet. Speaker. Window to courtyard.





•   Dining area with 4 chairs and 1 table





•   Bedroom, with a bed of 140* 200 cm and dressing room. Window on courtyard.





•   Shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hairdryer. WC.





 





Linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.

- the receptions are made without surcharges from Monday to Saturday between 14h and 20h. Between 20h and 22h, there is a supplement of 35 €. Between 22h and midnight, there is a supplement of 50€.
