This is the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people! It is just the right size (it's small but has everything you might need). It's in a great area with easy and quick access to shops, dining, and transportation. I had a few questions for the host during my stay and the responses were immediate and clear. It's very quiet as well. Lastly, I visited during the heat wave, June 2026, and thank goodness for the AC, which cooled the room extremely fast and efficiently. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Paris enjoyable and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!
The positives are that the studio was very clean, check-in was very easy, and the host was very responsive. But the pictures are inaccurate. While the picture shows a couch, the room actually has a large bed that takes up the vast majority of the floor space. It is difficult to open the door to get to the balcony because of the bed. With the bed being as big as it is, the space is really only appropriate for one person, not even two. The picture also shows a washing machine, however, the check-in instructions stated that the washing machine was not available. In addition, there is a gentle rumbling that happens throughout the apartment every 5 to 10 minutes, probably from a train running underneath the building. But that was not disclosed in the property description. I didn’t spend much time in the studio, so it wasn’t that big of a deal.Overall, my stay was more positive than negative, but I do not think that for future trips I would be staying in this apartment.
