Great place!

We are moving to Tallahassee and stayed here for our kids’ first visit. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, house is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Helpful and welcoming owners. It’s a great find!

Great vacation house in the city

I stayed here with my two dogs, and we loved it! The backyard was great for the dogs, and the pool was perfect for me! The kitchen is fully stocked for those that want to cook. The pool is screened in, although Florida mosquitoes are determined enough to get in. The location is wonderful as well, very close to everything.

We picked this house to move our child into FSU. The house was cute, it looked just like the pictures. The house was in a nice, safe neighborhood. My only complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned well. I know there are different levels of clean but the fridge has spoiled milk that must have leaked everywhere, shower had hair

Site seeing for manatees

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was very clean and well decorated. They had plenty of extras and necessities in case something was forgotten. The pool area was wonderful to sit and just relax. The water was too cold this trip but hope to book again.

Great location for stays during FSU games or graduation. We stayed for graduation. Interior was immaculate. Pool area had not been readied for our stay. Other than that it was a great rental and the owners were very accommodating. Would stay again.

A quiet stay

My family and I have stayed at this house a number of times when visiting relatives in Tallahassee. It’s always clean and well provisioned. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool is nice. Each year our daughter attempts a swim in late December with mixed results. It’s a good place for a group of 2-6 who need some room and plan to prepare some of their meals.

Ideal Location and More

Rosemary Terrace was an ideal location for our time in Tallahassee. So convenient and easy to get to all the places we needed to get to. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Although we did not use the pool, too cold, it is a great outdoor space. We loved all of the small things the owners did for their guests…coffee in labeld containers, snacks, toiletries, cute coffee bar, and more.

Wonderful Get Away

This is the best Virbo I have rented to date. I like it so much I already rented it again for a summer visit. The property has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The screened in pool and covered porch area were wonderful day and night. It was great for having morning coffee or evening cocktails. The beds are comfortable and there are pleanty of blankets. I highly recommend this property.

Nice Retreat

This is a great property, located in a good area with quick access to many of the areas parks, and attractions. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. The enclosed pool area was a wonderful place for us to hang out during the warm days and a safe place for our pet to enjoy the outdoors with us, without having to worry about them leaving the property. I would highly recommend the property for any family staying in Tallahassee that would enjoy many of the comforts of home. The communication with the owners was above expectations. We all thought if we are ever in town in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Family of the bride

My daughter got married on Saturday and this was our rental for the days around the event. The house was perfect. We were able to relax in the pool and chat after rehearsal dinner and after the wedding. The living room and dining room areas were ample in space allowing us to stage the usual mix of banners and wedding favors. Thank you for allowing us to create memorable moments in your rental!!!!

The property was conveniently located near everything we needed and wanted to do. However, the interior of the house could have been better cleaned on the inside and around the pool area was not cleaned at all. I will stay again in the future if the property is available but I would definitely like it cleaned better.
