Welcome to Potter Cottage!
We are located ocean side on 43rd street. This quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and a queen sleeper in living room. The plantation shutters through out the cottage offer a cozy coastal vibe. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living area as well. Relax and as you soak up the sun rays and enjoy a nice glimpse of the ocean on your furnished private deck. and another picnic area available for guests use as well as a laundry facility. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Seacrets, 45th Street Tap House Bayside, On The Bay Seafood, or a walk for a late night treat at Dumser's Dairyland or enjoy a round of mini golf at Nick's on 44th street.
