3 bedroom House in a quiet neighborhood

Enjoy your stay in this updated house that is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located on a big acre of land that will let your mind relax. With big trees surrounding it, be inspired and be one with nature. We can provide a grill and fire pit per request as weather permits.

There will be a 10:00 pm - 7:00 am outdoor quiet time in consideration to the neighbors. Please let us know if there are days that you want to use the firepit and the picnic area so we can prepare it for you.

Note:
The door near the dining area must be locked at all times and is restricted for use. We use this spare room for our friends and family stay.

We come to the backyard daily to feed our farm pets (chicken, goats, and bunnies) and do some gardening work.

Backyard will be shared by other tenants and owner friends and family.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Peaceful but close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It was in a quiet area and we liked seeing the chickens and bunnies every day. We were close to shopping and the beach which was great. The owner is super nice and was very available for any questions we had. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay!

The bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the shower, used bar soap and shampoo and lots of soap scum. There was a used toothpaste and bar of soap on the sink and the towel looked used. The bath towels were very old, tattered and had stains. I recommend the owner address these issues before offering for rent. Also, there were people in an attached apartment/converted garage that were always talking and the door connecting the rental had no inside locking mechanism so it didn't feel secure.

L’endroit est charmant le Proprietaire nous. à permis utiliser la Laveuse sécheuse par contre un gros Ménage du printemps devrait être Fait pour rendre la Maison et la cour digne de mention .. On na du acheter des articles de cuisine, dés support pour les vêtements il manque d’article de cuisine … en milieu de semaine l’eau global de la maison sentais œuf pourrit sûrement du au service du puit d’eau on na pas pu se laver et faire la vaisselle … si le propriétaire corrige ceci la maison va être incroyable 😍
