This condo gave us a nice, relaxing stay with a great view of the boardwalk and beach! The check-in process was effortless and the hosts responded quickly to any questions. I will say the furniture in the living room is a little worn, but the excellent service more than made up for it.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Lived the location, walked right out to the beach. Woke up in the morning to the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying a morning coffee. We were amazed by how well equiped the kitchen was. Everything was clean and functional.

This place was really nice. Comfortable beds, couch, chairs. Awesome ocean view, right on the boardwalk. Rooms were spacious, with closets and storage. Very nice kitchen with all appliances. Only a few drawbacks: all of the outlets would not hold a plug (would recommend bringing your own power strips). There is no direct access to boardwalk from front balcony, you must walk down, or take elevator, to the back of the condos through the parking garage and around the building to get to the boardwalk. Not a problem for younger folks, but a big deal for elders. Every night around 3am the rooms became very hot, like the ac shuts off on a timer or something.

Construction!!!

The property itself is beautiful and hat was advertised. There as construction going on while we were there that made it impossible to spend any time in the condo during the day. We were waken every morning by the construction work, jackhammering and sawing. They worked right outside the entrance door with electric tools, making it difficult to get in and out. They closed the stairs off at times. The noise was horrible and it truly ruined our vacation. Maybe next time don't rent when they are tearing the garage apart. This is a property we would consider again if it wasn't for our experience.

Love the location & condo.

We have stayed in Regency 4 for many years. We didn’t care for going thru Vrbo. There’s no communication. We couldn’t get into the condo till 4 pm when someone showed up to inspect the condo and give us the code. No one told us he would be there. The place was dirty & the furniture is dirty and hard to sit on. Don’t like having to buy linen package. We take our own anyway.

Thank you for staying with us.We have had over 100,000 guests and realize not everyone is going to be a good fit. If you don’t like using vrbo don’t use it. Guest showed up at 8am and called non stop to get into the condo. We explained to guest check in is at 4pm. They wanted to get in at 8am. Communication, they called we answered even when they called every 15 minutes why cant we get into the condo 8 hours early. Well, previous guests are still there until 11am. Then cleaners come, then manager comes to do a walk through and make sure condo perfect. If you haven’t used us and thinking about booking send us an inquiry we answer within 3 minutes every time. Linens we include in condo but clearly tell guests if prefer to bring your own feel free to. We have blocked you from booking with us again thru vrbo and for that our team is quite thankful. . Please read the other fantastic reviews on this direct ocean front property. They have all been very positive. We wish you the best but are very happy won’t be staying with us again. Thanks

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love!
