What makes this rental unique is the amount of space, proximity to both the tracks and adored Cherokee Park, and it's only houses down from the Barnstable Brown party.
This 1925 gem was lovingly renovated in 2013 to preserve its heritage while upgraded with modern amenities. Tenants will enjoy 2,400 square feet of an independent apartment on the second story of a classic brick home located in the heart of Cherokee Park. The unit is comprised of one spacious master suite and two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with eat-in breakfast space, dining room, a generously sized living room and sunroom overlooking green space. Other features include large walk-in closets, a private balcony, front and back door entrances, newly re-finished original hardwood flooring, built-in cabinetry, new security and fire alarm systems, new electrical, new plumbing and environmentally and economically friendly (and quiet) geothermal HVAC.
Prior to arrival unit will be professionally cleaned; fresh cut flower arrangements and gift basket (fresh fruit, local fare) will be waiting upon arrival.

The owners were nothing short of outstanding for a great clean ,roomy , well appointed , beautiful property . they thought of everything to make for a perfect long weekend! It did not stop there they helped with reservations and answered questions throughout our stay to make it unbelievably easy Derby experience.
