A fantastic suite. More than enough room for 5 adults, two teens and a baby. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. House is in a great neighborhood, but also close to many different dining options, shops, etc. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful location and spacious property, my family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds in spacious rooms, Cherokee Park and Bardstown were right there. Loved the historic architecture and maintained gardens of the property, could not recommend this place enough if you’re looking to stay in Louisville!
Absolutely perfect mini manor to spend Mother’s Day weekend in. More than enough room for the 4 of us and very well appointed accommodations. Lovely private garden. We strolled down to great restaurants every day through this wonderful neighborhood. It’s was perfect, will definitely book again.
My husband, daughter, her two friends and I spent a beautiful five nights in this luxury home. This property appears to be too good to be true but the pictures really are accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The grounds were amazing. Bedding was super comfortable and the rooms were spacious and charming at the same time. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend a getaway at this property. We would definitely stay here again.
The house is wonderful with plenty of room in a gorgeous neighborhood. It is very quiet there and parking was very easy on the street in front of the home. The photo's are accurate and this home "is not too good to be true". We enjoyed it very much. It is centrally located and easy to get downtown or the east end from there. The outside area is amazing and was used nightly! One note, the property is 100% smoke free, including the outdoor area.

It is regretful to give only 4 stars to this rental, as it is truly a beautiful and well equipped, well functioning accommodation. However, there is a serious miscommunication / mis-advertisement in the online description of this rental. The title of the VRBO advertisement is ‘Entire Home’ Regal Mansion with private garden. This clearly gives the impression you are renting the entire home. You are not. This is a multi-unit rental, and you are only renting the 1st floor. It is a lovely space, however if you are wanting to rent an entire home (as this place advertises) this is not for you.
