The apartment has a large living-dining room with integriter, fully equipped, bolder kitchen with access to a 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture and awning. Furthermore, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Above the apartment is a 90 square meter roof terrace with stunning views of the beach, the Playa de Alcudia. Closer to the beach as it gets. Ideal for families with children. Shops, restaurants and cafes are located in the vicinity.
