Alcudia Beach - Edifcio Playasol - Apartment for 4 people in Port d'Alcudia

Charming apartment on the ground floor in a residential area. Surrounded by gardens and with direct access to the beach. It has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with shower. Living room - dining room with fireplace, air conditioning pump cold heat in the living room, but if the bedrooms are left with the doors open it is cooled or heated, small kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. We provide sheets, one set of towels per person and change of sheets and towels every 7 days. On the day of arrival we will receive you at the property. It has a parking space in the same building;)
Puerto de Alcúdia, is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and leisure activities, it is perfect for families since the beach is not very deep, and the Hidropark, S'Albufera water park is nearby.
We do not accept groups of young people, only couples and families. The apartment is located in very quiet urbanization and we request that community standards be met.

Race Week Stay

Overall good location if you are planning on doing Ironman 70.3 Mallorca or love the beach. Only issues were cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaned better. There were lots of dishes that were still dirty from previous stays. Also, there were a lot of bugs in the apartment

Die Wohnung war genauso, wie wir sie erwartet haben. Als Startpunkt für viele Unternehmungen an einem wunderschönem Strand mit direktem Zugang perfekt. Wir brauchten nicht mehr und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage

Sehr exponierte Lage direkt am Strand. Gut eingerichtet. Die TV Technik ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir wollten sie sowieso nicht oft nutzen. Essen gehen und am Strand laufen ist wertvoller.

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage!

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und für uns als 4-köpfige Familie ausreichend. Küche und Bad sind klein aber alles vorhanden und wir haben im Urlaub nicht aufwendig gekocht. Lage direkt am Strand nicht zu toppen, um aus dem Urlaubsort zu entfliehen hatten wir ein Mietauto. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Gerne wieder!!!

Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt! Alle Fotos sind authentisch! Die Beschreibungen treffen allesamt zu! Die Gartenanlage ist perfekt gepflegt und eingezäunt. Kleine Kinder können sich darin frei bewegen. Nach vorne direkter Strandzugang. Distanz zur ersten Strandbar 20m... Dann der endlos lange Strand, der komplett frei und ohne Einschränkungen (keine gesperrten Hotelstrandabschnitte) nutzbar ist. Innert Kürze kommt man zum Pier wo Boote für Exkursionen anlegen. In die andere Richtung diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. 20 min Fussmarsch, oder 5 min mit dem Auto zur wunderschönen und sehenswerten Altstadt Alcudia (tolle Restaurants, Markt usw.). In 15min ist man zu Fuss beim Hafen, wo man Boote Jetskis, Sup's usw. mieten kann (Alcudiajets sehr empfehlenswert!). Parkplatz für Mietwagen vorhanden. Innert kürzester Zeit ist man auf den Hauptstrassen. Palma 45 min. Alle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten innert ca. 1h erreichbar. Xisco hat eine digitale Karte zusammengestellt (Basis GoogleEarth), auf der Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfehlenswerte Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr markiert wurden. Genial! Es handelt sich um eine Strandwohnung mit gutem Komfort (3 Klimageräte..., grosser Kühlschrank, Chemineeofen) und gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ambitionierte Hobbyköche, die in den Ferien ihrem Hobby nachgehen möchten, werden von der Küche aber nicht restlos begeistert sein. Die eine oder andere Schraube sollte mal nachgezogen werden und der Abfluss in der Dusche muss professionell durchgespült werden. Man befindet sich in einer Touristenzone (mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen). Wer die Abgeschiedenheit sucht, soll eher eine Finca im Tramuntana-Gebirge buchen... Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, das heisst, man hört ab und zu die Nachbarn. Strassenlärm, Strandparties oder sonstige Lärmimmissionen gibt es aber nicht, die erwähnte Strandbar schliesst um 18:00 Uhr und man weilt in einer sehr gesitteten Gegend. Insgesamt vergeben wir mit Freude die volle Punktzahl und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Merche und Xisco !!! 5 Sterne !!!
