Kitchen: Fully stocked with a convenient bar/counter, stylish bar stools, and a versatile combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine. All necessities, including small electronic gadgets, are provided.
Bathrooms: Two elegant bathrooms, equipped with marble and tile showers, handheld shower facilities, glass shower doors, custom vanities, and vessel sinks.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. What a lovely property! Such close proximity to the city center, shopping, Charleston City Market, amazing food and drink. Beds are super comfortable and the top floor apartment is well appointed with a nicely stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer available, plenty of towels, glassware, coffee pot, etc. There were just two of us and we had plenty of room to move around and did not feel cramped at all. The grounds are well maintained and we felt very safe walking around in the evenings. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to visiting again soon!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St. Phillip Square. Jamie and her team are very responsive and friendly. The unit was very well appointed. We will be coming back!
Great location, we could walk easily to get to shops and restaurants. We were able to rent a golf cart and there was a spot to park it and charge it right there at the unit. Parking our oversized car was no problem either. Our host was communicative and answered our questions promptly. The beds were comfortable and I liked the charm of the building. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything you need. I would recommend staying here when in Charleston.
Great place! Clean, easy to get to, and exactly as described. Very close to King St and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely look this place up the next time we’re in Charleston.

We loved staying here! It was a perfect location, very walkable to downtown and plenty of great places to eat within a few blocks. The white noise machines in every bedroom was a great touch.

6 of us enjoyed this property for a bachelorette weekend, it was a perfect spot! Walking distance from great bars and restaurants, and only a half hour walk from waterfront park and the ocean. The porch was a great place to hang out, and the property was well maintained and easy to access.
This was the perfect setup for a long weekend with the kids. The location is steps away from King St., safe, and has parking. Will definitely stay there again.
We had a lovely time in Charleston and this home was a wonderful place to rest after a full day of shopping or beach time! We had a few minor issues but the host was very quick to respond and excellent communication throughout our stay. The home was very clean and provided all the amenities you could want. The only downside is the stairs to get to the unit, as it was a bit difficult lugging our bags, but we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back here!!!

Location, location, location!! But also tasteful charm, comfort and convenience.
We are in the "short term rental overlay" established by the city and this neighborhood which guarantees we are legal and safe for you to book. Moreover, this property is closer to Calhoun Street and South of Broad than other legal short term rentals. You can't always tell the difference online. This is a fine building that won awards in 1999 for its outstanding historic renovation. You will be pleased when you make this your choice.
