Located just a short drive from Bradenton Beach, this 3BR/2BA home keeps you close to sandy shores and in-town fun. At home, sunbathe by the sparkling heated pool on the screened lanai in your backyard. Gather around the outdoor firepit on starry nights.

Inside, a comfortable open floor plan invites you to unwind. Highlights include plush furnishings, smart TVs in each bedroom, and a modern kitchen.

LIVING AREA

The living area is outfitted with an extra-large sectional, providing plenty of seating around the wood-burning fireplace. Stream new Netflix releases on the 55” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Upscale stainless steel appliances shine next to sleek granite countertops in the kitchen. Serve afternoon snacks at the kitchen bar for four.

At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a 42” smart TV that allows you to log-in to your preferred streaming service.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a luxe walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom holds a queen-size bed.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Head to the backyard to enjoy the Florida weather on the screened lanai. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze as you prepare your catch-of-the-day on the gas grill.

The sparkling pool is also screened-in. Dip in the refreshing water after a fun-filled beach day. An adjacent outdoor half bath provides added convenience.

In the fenced backyard, you’ll find a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (with two in the garage and two in the driveway).

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

THE LOCATION

Located near downtown Bradenton, you can drive 5 miles to the Bishop Museum of Science & Nature. Later, be sure to check out the parks, art, and botanical attractions along the Riverwalk. Discover upscale dining and beautiful views of the Manatee River on Memorial Pier.

Travel 7 miles to Coquina Beach to spend blissful days on the soft sand.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
