Situated just one block from the beach, this family-friendly condo is your ticket to beachside relaxation. Take in partial bay views from the furnished balcony while sipping morning coffee, explore the area during the day, then return home for a relaxing swim in the shared pool.

Inside, thoughtful upgrades include all-new flooring and fresh paint throughout. Currently undergoing renovation, this vacation rental will feature an updated kitchen and bathrooms with quartz countertops, tile, and lighting. A brand-new heating and air-conditioning system is being installed as well.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great rental property in the heart of Ocean City.

Condo was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this location for a group or larger family. We had two designated parking spaces so there was no need to worry about finding a spot. Very easy check in and check out process. The building was only 4 stories so it was not very congested like other, larger condo buildings in the area.

Overall it is a beautiful condo with a lot of space. Unfortunately it was not very clean when we arrived. We did have one issue with the garbage disposal while we were there and someone did come quickly to resolve it. I will add that although it has a beautiful deck/patio, it is so close to the main road you can not hear anything while out there so it was not utilized as much as we had hoped.

Great location!

We loved the size and layout of the unit and it was in the heart of OCMD. Staying in the beach block was very convenient for running back and forth to the unit without having to cross the busy highway. The pool was just the right size too.

Cleanliness was definitely an issue. Floors were filthy. Crew came back and recleaned floors. Could have used more dishes and cups. Also had a problem with the door lock. Came out and replaced. Not a lot of air conditioning in the rooms by the family room.

Girls getaway

Location was great for a quick getaway. Centrally located to everything we needed. Only complaint is carpets seemed dirty, but given beach sand it wasn’t surprising. We just needed to wear sandals to avoid the sandy grit.

I had no idea that we would have so much room until we got into the house. It's so spacious! We were able to spread out and make ourselves comfortable, even with a group of seven. The location of the house is perfect- we go to OCMD every summer and this house has the best location yet!

Excellent Location for Families!

Great location close to the beach and TONS of space! All the bedrooms were good sizes and the balcony is huge! Traffic noise was a bit much sometimes but the little bit of bay view was a nice surprise! Carpet and tile could have used a good scrubbing (feet were constantly dirty) and couches are a little worn. Comfortable beds and easy access to parking from the 1st floor (stairs or elevator). We would definitely rent again!

This spacious condo is located one block from the beach. The design allows a compartmentalization of TV watchers and board game players, if desired. Every detail was clean and pristine. My family came from the process of moving to a new home, so the clear surfaces and organized storage spaces amplified the soothing expanse of surf and horizon. So appreciative!

Unit needs cleaning and basics.

The size of the condo is fine, but it was not properly cleaned (floor was so dirty, food crumbs everywhere, etc) and needs to basic add-ons. They didn’t have a regular vacuum, mop, or broom. They didn’t have actual bath mats, and basic kitchen supplies like a cookie sheet. We went to Walmart and bought all of the above. Sleep was challenging because it is so bright in two of the bedrooms due to the buildings lights, no blackout curtains, and wide gaps between the blinds. A third bedroom has the laundry closet in it and it stays pretty warm. Note that one of the parking spaces is tight in between a wall and pole, and the swimming pool is tiny and only 3 1/2 ft or so deep.

Disappointing

Arrived to a torn up, filthy room. Had to clean before unpacking. Management even changed the code on our door during our stay causing us to have to wait outside our room for a while before giving us a the new code. Just ridiculous.

The condo is in a great location, however it was in need of a DEEP clean. Crumbs, hair, dust and visible dirt. Couches are stained & dirty so we covered them in sheets. Lining of stovetop burners coated with old dried on food that smoked up the kitchen when we turned on the stove. Mix-matched dishes and inadequate kitchen supplies. 24 hr bright light shines in master bedroom making it impossible to sleep so I purchased an eyemask to block out the light. Pillows appeared old and stained. Utility closet in living room stuffed with mops containing dirty and used cleaning pads. 2 parking spots but the spots are incredibly tight. Condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no carts or buggy’s to assist with loading and unloading your personal belongings. There wasn’t a mattress protector on one of the guest room beds, so I purchased one and left it in the condo for future guests. The outside deck opens up to Coastal Highway which is loud, and the floors of the deck were full of debris and stains which appeared from previous smokers. Lamps, alarm clocks and appliances were so dusty, so I found myself cleaning for the first day. The shower curtains were stained and brown along the edges. This condo needs some big time cleaning, and restocking.

The location is nice because it’s Midtown. But the condo itself needs an overall DEEP clean. The couches are stained. And the stove top burners are full of old cooked on food from previous renters. When we turned on any of the stove burners, the kitchen filled with smoke from burning off the old food. in The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work, so we went out and purchased ice. The condo is not equipped with full set of dishes and utensils. Just mix match cups, glasses, and very few bowls and little to any serving dishes or serving bowls. The outside patio area that faces coastal highway was very dirty and full of stains from old smokers or people that had spilled drinks. There was a closet in the main living room that was a mess off miscellaneous cleaning items, just thrown in there, with the old cleaning pads still on the appliances. The condo appeared that it needed a lot or TLC to prepare for renters. The pillows were not covered with plastic pillow covers, and appeared old and stained, so we drove back to our house and retrieved our pillows from home. One of the guest rooms has the washer and dryer in it. Which is fine, but I think worth noting. That particular bed was very uncomfortable and was not covered in a mattress cover. I also went home and fetched my old mattress, cover to cover the mattress, and just left it there for future renters. Two bathrooms in a 4 bedroom condo is hard, but we did make that work. The condo hallway is very well lit, but may affect your sleep if you stay in the master bedroom. I brought my sleep mask from home to darken the room for me. There are no curtains to block out those 24 hour hall lights that ultimately shine in the masterbedroom, and the light shines in that room pretty brightly. Just something that to keep in mind.

OCMD Getaway!

We had an excellent trip. The condo was within a 100 yards of the beach. The air conditioning inside the unit was nice and cold. The only downfall is the traffic noise in the front 2 bedrooms along the coastal highway. Don’t notice it as much once you fall asleep after a long day in the sun. Would recommend for a bigger family.
