First Floor

• Bathroom (this unit has one sink located in the kitchenette)

Ground Floor
• Queen Size Bed
• Patio door with direct access to the lake and dock

Outdoor Spaces
• Grill Located on exterior of the entrance of the unit next to the parking area
• Lake Access from the ground level to the dock
•Kayaks located on the other end of the complex at the bottom of the stairs and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Siena is located directly on Mt. Major Highway, a bustling road, but we've supplied white noise machines to aid in minimizing any noise disturbance during sleep.

The Siena unit is all yours. Please, make yourself at home.

NOTE: Please remember that you're staying in an apartment unit and there are other renters next door please be respectful.

The two other units share public spaces, and walkways to the docks.

Please remember that you're staying in a house. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet.

Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Smoking $1500
• Parties or events $1500
• Unapproved late check out $250
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to our neighbors , friends and family quiet hours are 9pm to 8Am , please be aware of your surroundings during this time and take appropriate actions to ensure not to disturb others.
