About this property

2 HOUSES!! Dreamy Villa & Tiny House! Large pool!

We are nestled in a neighborhood that is conveniently close to so much of what Wilmington has to offer. Enjoy the main house with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fabulous Sunroom with wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling overlooking an inviting in-ground pool (not heated). There is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use on the back wall of the sunroom. Across the pool is a studio tiny house that is all yours to use as well. It comes equipped with a modest kitchen, bathroom and all the privacy you need to get away. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 3. You have full access to both houses except for two closets that are used to store our tools and supplies to upkeep the houses. The double driveway leaves plenty of room to bring a mid-size boat! We are less than 5 minutes to a boat ramp!

6 to 10 minutes: Beau Rivage Gold and Resort, Planet Fitness, Food Lion, Harris Teeter Seaview Crab Company, CVS, PT's Grill, Public Library, and so much more!

The property was gorgeous. The check in process was seamless. The amount of sleeping space was as advertised. Pool was fantastic. Only a short drive/Uber from the beach and downtown. 10/10 would stay again

Beautiful property and wonderful host!

Our stay was greatly enjoyed by all! Beautiful property! The host was so responsive with everything even before check-in. Would recommend renting a vehicle if you don’t have your own. Waiting for Ubers/Lyfts was about 20-25 minutes every time and costs added up. The pool was so refreshing and the property was in good working order and very clean. Thank you again for a great stay!
