House 10min from Cahors in the heart of the woods with swimming pool

At the edge of the woods at the end of a lane is this detached house on the heights, 10 minutes from Cahors. It is an ideal location for visiting the Lot (Saint Cirq la Popie, Pech Merle Cave, the Célé valley, Cahors...). The 3-hectare property gives access to the forests of the town. Leaving the cottage for magnificent walks in the middle of oaks, maples, boxwood and orchids in season is a great pleasure for nature lovers. You may be lucky enough to cross the path of a deer or a deer.PGJyPg
A salt swimming pool with a view of the Roussillon castle will be at your disposal, shared with the owners. Access to the swimming pool will be from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm (possibility outside these slots on request).
The pool is secured by a barrier and your child's swimming remains under your protection.
Bring pool towels.

The accommodation has a private car park. Possibility for 3 cars)

Description of accommodation:
A 45m² living/dining room (kitchen included with oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle) opens onto a private terrace of 30 m² equipped with parasol, table and chairs as well as a plancha for your grills.
On the ground floor you have a separate bathroom and toilet. Upstairs you have a dormitory with 4 single beds and two bedrooms each with a double bed.
A small play area in the dormitory can allow children to rest (books and games available).
A bathroom with toilet is located upstairs.

ATTENTION: there is a staircase and the house does not have equipment for young children. (we can provide a travel cot on request)

Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking. Ashtrays will be available outside the building.

Wifi and washing machine are free.
Possibility to use the wood stove on request during the winter season.

This place is conducive to rest and rejuvenation and for the sake of good neighbourliness, we would like to point out that this is not the place to organise big festive evenings.
