PARKING PASSES are now to be obtained from Security Guard on duty...If hes not around just put a note on your Auto's Dashboard with Unit # 133 and dates youll be staying. Then get a pass when you see security on duty..

Wifi is provided by the Association so if its not working youre probably better off asking someone else whos staying at the Breakers if they are connected and if they know anything .. Its very rare that the wifi goes down but it has happened a couple times in the last 3 years.


LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO STAIRS AND ONLY A FEW STEPS TO NEW ELEVATOR.

The Breakers complex is a direct oceanfront complex. Directly across the street is Coligny Plaza ( Google it Great Place)... which has shopping, theater, restaurants, coffee house, bakery, toy store, groceries, pharmacy, and everything you could possibly need during your stay within 50 yards.

The location was amazing. Lots within walking/biking distance. I'm grateful that I brought sleep masks as the bedroom window only had slat blinds with an exterior light right outside that could not be shut off. The place was much smaller than we anticipated with a queen bed up against the wall.

Hello, Perhaps Ill change the Blinds to Curtains . Thank you for bringing that to my attention. As far as Size goes, all Breakers are 518 Sq feet so it is what it is... I also have the original layout Bedroom with closet so Queen size is the largest Bed that fits in there.

Great condo!

This condo is in the perfect location! We parked the car and didn’t have to drive again until we left. Just a short walk to many restaurants, ice cream shops, adventure park, and lots of fun activities for the kids. The condo and pool area were very clean, we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We love staying at the Breakers because of its location…beachfront, great pool area, and right where all the action is in the Coligny area. If you like to be in the midst of all the action this complex is perfect especially on a budget. All of these units are fairly small but perfect for 2 adults or a small family. And the price of this unit can’t be beat! And the owner was amazing!

Super convenient to everything at Coligny!

Just as advertised. Super convenient and everything was in walking distance: beach, restaurants & shopping! Check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and exactly what I had expected. Went down for the PGA event and caught the shuttle to Harbour Town right across the street. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-key beach front condo at Coligny Beach.

Cute little Condo

It’s a cute little condo that you can relax in and super close to the beach, like a 1 minute walk. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was the off season but everything was clean. It’s also walking distance to the shoppes and Bad Biscuit which is an amazing plus!

Hilton Head Island truly is a paradise! My family considers it a home away from home. YOURS WILL TOO!
