Great stay!

Property was clean and well stocked. It was nice having a kitchen space for breakfast and lunches. Probably needs a little updating but it had everything we needed. Blinds need replaced! Across the street from entrance to beach. Short walk. We had to buy chairs and umbrella as the ones on property were broken. Clean and nice people on site!

Sunrise Resort Getaway

We enjoyed our 2 wk stay. Condo was comfy, clean, and included all necessary utensils. The view was lovely, as was the pool. The beach was also just a few minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

St Pete Beach Condo

This property was very comfortable and generally well-stocked. Best of all was its location. It is just across the street from the Trade Winds resort, whose beach is available to all. The condo is within easy walking distances of stores, Starbucks, and numerous restaurants, and within easy drives to beaches north and south of St. Pete.

Perfect Family Weekend

We absolutely loved the condo and it was perfect for our family to get away for a long weekend. The kids absolutely loved having their own room on vacation and my husband I enjoyed sitting on the deck as the sun went down having our glass of wine. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had breakfast and lunch at the condo daily and would go out to dinner. Next we will check out the on site grills and deff grill out while the kids play in the pool. Check in was clear and easy, everything was outlined as what would be provided in the unit and they had it and more. Thanks for an excellent stay!

June 2024 stay

The property is located close to the beach. Just a short walk across the Blvd. I like to cook a lot of our meals so it would have been nice to better cookware/bakeware. There were no pantry items so it was expensive to purchase everything including laundry supplies. I liked the layout and large back patio. King bed was not comfortable but I am picky about a good mattress. I am staying at this property again in July but in another unit on the 5th floor near the water with more amenities suited to me and my daughter. I do recommend this property.

St Pete's stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. The only issue was that they were painting the hallway stairs on the Friday. They told us the day before. We either had to stay in our condo or stay out for 4 hours. It wasn't too much of a problem but this was in the middle of the day and it was a small inconvenience. But besides that, the location was great and the condo was exactly what we expected.

My son and I had a great time at the condo. The location was great. It was clean. Communication was great. The only issue I had was the dryer in the condo. It made a loud squeaky noise when we used it. It didn’t stop. It was extremely loud!! That needs to be fixed asap. Other than that it was a great place!

Convenient

Across the street from the beach, traffic light for easy crossing. The condo has everything you need form the beach to cooking. Could it be updated a little yeah but it didn’t damper I stay. We had pool towels which was nice. The pool/grill area was nice. If you sleep in the front room yeah you will some traffic noise but after a long day your not going to hear it long. We had to keep all the fans on to keep it cool. I addressed the possibility of an AC issue it just never really cooled off but it wasn’t hot either. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a long weekend an the location is nice! Walking distance to restaurants an grocery store.
