Newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with ocean views. Full Kitchen with microwave, stove, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker. King bed w/private bath and balcony with ocean view. Queen bed with private bath and ocean view. 2 full size beds with twin bunks in 3rd bedroom with hallway bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms. WiFi. Grill. Comfortably sleeps 8. Steps to private beach and pool. Poolside hut serving drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Walk to many bars, restaurants and markets. Many excursions nearby. Security on site 24 hours.

Amazing Time at the Stanza Mare

My family and I stayed in the condo March 21st – March 28th and absolutely loved it! The view from the condo is incredible. I could sit on the balcony and stare at the beach for hours. The unit is big and well kept. It looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms are big with lots of storage. Living room area and kitchen are big too, as well as the balcony. Plenty of room for the four of us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beach is very nice and not very crowded. The same for the pool. There is an on-site restaurant that we ate lunch at every day. It has some of the best food we had in the DR. Chicken fingers and pasta carbonara are great. Awesome pina coladas. They also prepare an authentic Dominican meal that is ready at 12 every day. Usually a stewed meat, such as chicken or beef, rice, stewed beans, and a vegetable or salad. Very tasty and highly recommended. You’ll have everything you need within a 5-minute walk, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Jody, the owner, is very friendly and answered all our questions promptly. And Linda, the property manager is very warm & friendly. She was always ready to answer any questions that we had. We heard at the end of our stay that her husband, Vincente, offers personal Jeep tours. This would be a great way to see Punta Cana and be able to stop in the areas that locals frequent. While we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, there are some things to be aware of. The condo close to the beach, and you’ll hear music every night that is pretty loud. The music does stop relatively early though. One place stopped between 9:30 & 10. The other I think by 11. Only one of the places would be playing music each night. One set of the rouladen blinds in the master bedroom wouldn’t close and a light would shine right in our faces while in bed. I took a comforter that wasn’t being used and hung it from the curtain rod, which helped. I also had to put towels in the master bathroom window to block a light that shined through the window. And the windows in the other bathrooms don’t close all the way and if you close the bedroom doors, they will rattle if it is windy. I talked to Linda about these things, and she said she’ll work with the owner to address them. All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it. You won’t find another place this big and this nice for the price. Not even close.
