Beautiful Bayfront Home on Copano Bay!

This beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on Copano Bay in Rockport, Texas.  Enjoy the great coastal décor throughout the entire home.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed.  There is also a closet available to hang all of your vacation attire.  The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and two vanities.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, recliner and a large closet.  This room also has a television.  The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 

This home is pet friendly to small dogs only under 50 lb.

The kitchen, living room and dining room have a great open floor plan! Take in the wonderful, picturesque views through the large picture windows and glass door facing Copano Bay.   The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen wares and stainless-steel appliances.  There is a regular 12 cup coffee pot and an ice maker. There is not a dishwasher.  The dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 4 more at the kitchen bar.  The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, 3 recliners, 2 armchairs and a flat screen television.  There is plenty of room for all your guests to relax after a long day of fun in the sun! 

Spend endless hours fishing the lighted bulkhead on Copano Bay.   Clean your big catch at the convenient fish cleaning stand that has power and water available.   There is a charcoal grill and a picnic table on the back patio along with a bench at the water.  We promise that nothing will beat the sunsets you are sure to experience right out the back door of this Copano gem!  This home is fenced in on all sides with the exception of along the water and is pet friendly to small pets only.  There is also plenty of parking in the driveway.  The garage is not available for guests to use at this time.

This home is located just minutes from Rockport and all this area has to offer.  Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.  The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing and birding.

Smelly house
This property looks nice….however it smells horribly of old cigarette smoke. Leasing company tried stating it was how all the houses smell on the bay. And that housekeeping had been there and didn’t say anything about it smelling. Not true- #1 we stayed at another house 10days prior on same exact street and it did NOT smell bad or at all. #2 it 100% DID stink of deep old smoke. We got to beach and bay and have rented countless homes and have NEVER experienced smells like this. Luckily VRBO took care of us and cancelled reservation for us and have submitted for refund to credit card used. Haven’t got credit as of yet but just happened 2 days ago. I truly appreciate how it was handled.

Very relaxing stay. Right on the water. Although we didn’t have the best weather it was still a lovely view and just what we wanted. House is very well furnished, with up to date appliances and very comfortable beds.

Perfect place to disconnect.
We had a wonderful, relaxing 4 day weekend here. We saw; a variety of fish, dolphins in the morning; beautiful sunsets. Being right on the water and listening to the waves was just so nice and relaxing. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect mini vacation destination
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for my husband and I, our infant, and my parents to stay comfortably. It’s amazing to have the bay right outside the door, and fishing was a great way to start the day. Management was prompt and quick to respond to calls and questions.

Nice Easter Getaway
House was clean and inviting. Kitchen is stocked perfectly. Loved the cookware set. Enjoyed sitting outside with a relaxing view. Caught a nice founder and a bucket of blue crab. It would be nice if access didn’t involve going into town, but it all worked out.
