I have never stayed in a cozier home with a host more amazing than Erica. The attention to detail to make sure you feel welcome is above and beyond. The house is immaculant, well stock and cozy. The bed is comfortable with plenty of comfy bedding.Thank you Erica for your beautiful hospitality.

A beautiful place to stay for up to three people. Villa Blanca has everything you will need for your visit. The main bedroom is lovely and the trundle bed is surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is small, what you would expect in an older home. They back yard is a wonderful place to relax, and enjoy the morning/evening.

This home is gorgeous and bursting with Southwest charm. It’s got everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the location is both central to anywhere you’d want to go in Tucson, and yet very quiet. Parking is easy, as is getting around from this location. Host Erica gave us lots of information about local attractions, restaurants and such, and responded within minutes anytime we messaged her. She’s a great host — there with whatever you need, but never intrusive. Check-in/out literally could not have been easier. This was our first visit to Tucson, and it was amazing. We’ll certainly return, and we will certainly try to stay here again if it’s available. We’ve stayed in a lot of short-term rentals, and we’ve never had a better experience. This is a great place.

Historic neighborhood sweet one

Comfortable, clean and well equipped inside with nice outside areas to enjoy Tucson's great weather. A good location close to the UA and downtown with easy access to many Tucson sites. Enjoy its decor and ambiance.

Mother/daughter weekend

My 5 yo daughter and I stayed at the house for a wedding and had a fabulous time! The house was comfortable, with lots of well thought out welcoming touches. The host even laid out desert children's books and stuffed animals! If we're ever back in Tucson, we'd love to stay again!

Perfect weekend get-a-way!

Really enjoyed our stay, amenities and location for a college campus tour of UofA. The space is very comfortable and feels like home. Just a short walk to the University. I would totally stay here again should my son commit.

A Wonderful Stay

Villa Blanca Pajaro had all the amenities of home including luxury towels, bedding and throws. It was a very comfortable stay in a great area within walking distance to campus, Flora’s Market, Borderlands Brew Pub and so much more. I will be back again.

Clean, unique and authentic historical home and furnishings, beautiful kitchen equipment, outdoor area close to everything the perfect spot ! We loved our stay and Erica is the proverbial hostess with the mostess!
