The upstairs flat has its own private deck and also a shared deck on main level of garden. Beautiful flowers and trees in landscaped garden. The flat is located on a pretty and quiet tree-lined street in the sunniest district of SF - Noe Valley. Noe has become one of the very most desirable neighborhoods to live in SF. It feels like a european village...The home is very close (2 blocks) to many great restaurants, services, shops and lots of fun! Also walking distance to all the fun and activity in the Mission and Castro districts. Great highway access too. Monthly Rentals only please - prefer at least 2 to 3 months minimum. No pets please.

Noe Valley is a special part of San Francisco. It feels like a European village within the big city. My property is located very close to the fun part of Noe Valley but still very much a neighborhood sort of feeling. Gardens and trees in the area are gorgeous too!

What makes this property unique

Everyone comments on how lovely this flat is and how spacious it is. There are 6 rooms and a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for a sunny, safe and charming neighborhood and close to all the fun of San Francisco - Noe Valley is the best.
