Gorgeous Gilbert fully furnished home in Val Vista Lakes! Kitchen has brand new SS appliances, counters, built-ins. The great room has a pool table, loveseat with a chaise lounge. Barn doors open to the den area where you will find a TV & a super game console with 50,000 retro games dating back to 1979. You can relax or play games in the love seat that converts into an extended queen 7-inch memory foam bed . The living room has a fireplace, couch, & smart TV. Dining area seats 8. The master bedroom has a king tuft & needle mint size bed, dresser, smart TV, & a seating area. The master shower has a stand-up shower & a garden tub both recently retiled. The backyard has a dining table that seats 8 and a pool. Home can sleep 11 comfortably. New flooring throughout. Fresh paint inside & out! *Private pool is not heated, but clubhouse pool is heated!!!*

This VRBO is truly a haven away from home. Daniel was on the spot whenever we had a question or needed anything. It was very close to the freeway and many accommodations were nearby. My wife and I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great Vacation Rental

Nice property in a good location in Gilbert. The house was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities The host, Daniel was wonderful to work with. The clubhouse was great for swimming and kayaking for our family, we highly recommend getting the clubhouse access. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation and definitely plan to return!

Arizona Getaway

Very spacious, clean house with plenty of amenities. Personal touch of extras provided by owner like spices, coffee, etc…was appreciated. Daniel was extremely responsive from booking to checkout! Will definitely consider renting here again in the future. Thanks for a great trip.

Perfect Arizona Getaway

This home exceeded our expectations! We loved the location, the cleanliness and decor of the home, the communication with the hosts and the amenities of Val Vista Lakes! Great accommodations and communication

Daniel our host was always there for us when it comes to communication and accommodation; we felt well taken care of especially with a 10 month old; there was a play pen, toys, high chair all the necessities for an infant that I was not expecting; All the appliances were of high quality and worked flawlessly; The furniture throughout the home were great! The detail of care really showed!

Fabulous Escape

A wonderful home with all of the amenities one could ever need! Truly we enjoyed the comfy beds, wonderful linens and gracious space. If they could have manipulated the weather a bit…we think they would have! This wonderful home is located close to Cubs’ pre—season games, great dining, and wonderful adventures! So grateful to have been afforded the opportunity…and look forward to returning!

Beautiful home!

This home is so beautiful. The updated finishes are top of the line. The homeowner must have used only the absolute best sub-contractors on the remodel job because it turned out so beautifully & so well done! The kitchen, decorative walls, and bathrooms were my favorite. The entire home looks like an interior designer added their finishing touches to all the little details that make a home look & feel great. The home has the look & feel of a very comfortable & accommodating model home. All of the appliances & furnishings are brand new, relaxing & comfortable. Daniel, the manager, is very responsive & communicative. I really enjoyed this home & I look forward to coming to this home again soon!!!

We’ll stocked with attention to detail!

The property is beautiful, the towels are fluffy, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable and a lot of fun. The pool was dirty when we got there, but they quickly brought over a pool skimmer and my husband figured out how to get the pool vacuum on, so that wasn’t really a problem. Great communication with the owner. We would stay here again.

Wonderful spot for family!

I probably have twenty wonderful things to say about this place, but I’ll condense it down to the most important items… 1) Daniel’s willingness to accommodate my group’s request was incredibly kind. When enterprise gave us too small of a rental, he allowed us put our luggage in the garage prior to check-in. He also accommodated us when we contemplated staying longer. He jumped through hoops so that we could stay and then was understanding when we couldn’t change our flight and he had done all of that work. He is top notch. 2) The house was so incredibly clean and cozy. Everything felt so fresh and I didn’t have reservations like I normally do at VRBO’s. 3) It is kid-friendly! We traveled with a 3 year old and a 3 month old and had all of the necessities. Plus, the bunk bed room was so fun! 4) The clubhouse was fantastic! You can’t beat that beach lagoon pool. It was definitely worth it. 5) The place was so organized and provided everything you needed and things you didn’t even know you needed. Seriously…everything. Definitely consider this property! It was a 10/10 for us.

Wonderful Gilbert home!!!

The home is incredible!! Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Thank you for all the extra touches that go above and beyond expectations. Home is located in a very convenient location, close to everything. Felt like a very safe neighborhood, and very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Responsive host! Would highly recommend this place!

Excellent, clean home in top notch condition. The comfy furniture, decorations and new upgrades are really beautiful, really impressive and provide for a very comfortable stay. I really loved the triple bunk bed! The host, Daniel, is very accommodating and communicative. The neighborhood is very quiet and super close to everything needed in town!

Desert Oasis

This property is an awesome house for our family. We had 4 adults and 1 teenager. The home is beautifully decorated as well as functional. The host has done a fantastic job of providing key essentials like spices, sunscreen, tin foil, ziplock bags, etc. We had a small dog with us and he loved having a small grass area (fully fenced). We paid the extra money for access to the clubhouse. The beach area had kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The pickle ball courts, racquetball courts and fitness center and pool were great. Well worth the extra money. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Phoenix area!
