This spectacular monthly rental (minimum stay of 28 days) is a waterfront 3 BDR/2 bath home with an easy walk to the Gulf of Mexico (right across the street). Restaurants, music venues, grocery store and gym all within walking distance. Heated pool, covered outdoor living area, outdoor grill and dock. Parking for 6 vehicles. Multiple large family dining tables, large kitchen with granite tops, all professionally cleaned and immaculate throughout. An amazing property!

Beautiful, well-located waterfront home!

Beautiful home, lovely waterfront outdoor area, short walk to beach and restaurants. Short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, which has beautiful restaurants, shopping, museums, and events! Very responsive property manager next door. Overall, a perfect, wonderful stay!!

Awesome Experience!

We just rented this house for a month and absolutely loved it! Such an amazing area and loved the back yard pool and dock. The beach is a 4 minute walk along with LOTS of walkable restaurants, shops, liquor stores, and fun! We have no complaints and the managers were very responsive to our key mishap. Would definitely stay again!

About 7 years ago, we made a beautiful space above our garage and rented it out to guests. I loved meeting and interacting with people from all over the country.

Why they chose this property

This is the best neighborhood to stay on in St Pete Beach because of its proximity to the beach and amenities all within a very short walking distance. From the beach to music venues and great restaurants. This area is also under a 30 minute drive to Tampa and St Pete airports.

What makes this property unique

This is a beautiful setting on the water. Our street is very quiet, but convenient to so many great attractions.
