Indoors feels like home. The decor is simple, natural and stylish. The living room and bedrooms are fitted with Hardood flooring for a clean, spacious vibe, the fully stocked kitchen features a quartz countertop providing ample space for cooking, and the cozy living room is the perfect environment to relax and unwind.
Outdoors is just as appealing. With a fenced back yard with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit provides a private space for a BBQ and to soak up the sun.

LOCATION
Joplin sits in the south-west corner of Missouri and is the largest city in Jasper County. It’s up and coming with entrepreneurs and restaurateurs doing their thing, has super highway connections with major cities like Dallas, Kansas City and Tulsa, and is a great pitstop on the world-famous Route 66.
ACCOMMODATION
The property benefits from its own entrance and Smart lock technology allows for easy self check-in. There is a driveway and garage with space for two vehicles.
LIVING ROOM
Decor is simple and uncomplicated with a comfortable two seater sofa and two armchairs centered around a coffee table. Come sunset, subtle lighting creates a relaxed ambience to chill out and settle down to an evening of viewing your favorite shows on the large 55” flat screen TV.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials as well as top quality stainless steel appliances and an aesthetically pleasing butcher’s block countertop for food prep. A dining table to seat four guests is nestled in the corner.
A small laundry area leads out from the kitchen to the large, fenced back yard.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are accessed from the living room and are furnished with King-size beds and nightstands, and feature wood flooring, rugs, and ceiling fans.
BATHROOM
A clean traditional style white bathroom with WC, single basin and a walk-in glass shower. Toiletries also provided.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed this lovely craftsman-style home in a quiet neighborhood of Joplin. It's been recently renovated in neutral shades and is very 'easy on the eye". I would stay again should the opportunity arise.

Weekend wedding

We was in town for a wedding, our son was in the wedding and it was nice and close so we could get him where he needed to be and still be close enough to come back and relax until we needed to go to the wedding ourselves. Property was very clean and very cute. Exactly how it was described in the listing. Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. Will definitely stay here again when back in town.

Cozy spot...

I selected this place for its location in regards to the reason I was in the area and that it had a fenced in back yard with a deck and a Weber BBQ. It has been very comfortable place with modern setup and easy access to everything I need to do in the area. The property manager and maintenance staff were also easy to work with and very responsive. I had a prolonged stay and did have a few items to be addressed. Would stay here again if needed.

Clean, nicely renovated

The house is exactly like the pictures, only better. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and living room furniture was comfortable. I had all the utensils to make breakfast, and the washer and dryer are nice. Host communicated well, and was very accommodating. I’ve rented from him before on another platform and always had good experiences with his properties.

I was impressed

I was in an emergency to find a home near the hospital. We live out of town and my father was in critical condition and the hospital was 5 mins away from the home we were searching for. Which was perfect to come and go from. The host stayed in communication and replied back instantly. The home was beautiful and set up was gorgeous. The home was very clean. My family and I all felt safe while staying there and was a kid friendly environment. I would absolutely stay again!
