Nice local apartment to visit family

We enjoyed our stay with our dogs! Very clean. Location is great with grocery store and gas nearby- short drive to Lake George.

Small and cozy

This apartment was the perfect place to crash after a day of skiing. I enjoyed being in an area with lots of sidewalks. It made walking our dog very enjoyable. It is also within walking distance to many amenities and is located across the street from a beautiful river. Would definitely stay here again.

Not this place but next door.

The owner was excellent, she got a last minute change of plans with our cabin and she upgraded us to the bigger cabin which was absolutely amazing, the attention to detail it show on every corner. The place was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything you could need, 10 minute from Lake George and quiet at night with only the peaceful sound of the river across the street. Will definitely come back and recomend.

Terrible

It was the worst place we could of stayed in. The bed smelled like cat pee and there was long black hair on the bathroom floor and kitchen floor. We got up and slept in our car and left the next morning. We paid for three nights and didn’t even spend one full night in the place. So disappointed ☹️

It was ok

The location of the property was great! The decor and coziness was exactly what we were hoping for. The washing machine and dryer in the unit is a great help when away from home. The bed was too firm for me, but that is personal preference. One thing to consider is this is an apartment and not a house. It comes with a little too much neighbor on the other side of the wall, so depending on what you are looking for that may be need to know information. Also, it may be a typo, but this is listed as 2 bedroom but it is only one. Overall it was an okay stay and fit our needs.

Mouse feces and gasoline smell in unit.

Upon entering the property, the inside smelled like gasoline. We found mouse droppings on plates and inside the kitchen cabinets. The MBR carpeting was filthy, and one leg of the coffee table fell off immediately when we had to move it for pull-out sofa use. We promptly communicated all of these concerns with the property manager / owner. She did not reply in a reasonable amount of time, so we vacated the property as the gasoline smell was giving us a headache, and the mouse feces was repulsive. The owner has been extremely unprofessional in her communications, and has refused to give us any of our money back. We also have had a very poor experience communicating these issues with VRBO. We have had to file a dispute with our credit card company. We would advise anyone considering to rent this property to look elsewhere.
