Two bedroom, two bath home on Apache Wells golf course. Mountain views. Recently remodeled Kitchen and Living room area. Open concept. Back of home faces East on hole #11. 20 minutes from PHX International airport. During the Winter season we require a minimum 30+ night stay or longer. We are not a management company and we take pride in making sure our home is clean and ready for every guest. We own another property on a beach in Florida that we have been renting out for over 25 years, 20+ years on Vrbo. You can check it out at vrbo.com/101964.

Property exceeded my expectations

John and Joy are excellent hosts. Here are a few highlights: nice patio with mountain and golf course views. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen facilities. Comfortable living room furniture with large TV. Carport. Easy access from hwy 202.
