The place was was very nice and roomy and just as described. The host Fabio was immediately available and helpful in every way. The garage was a nice addition Great place!!!!
Five stars is not enough for this place. First and centrally located just in the city, but close enough to the suburbs to make travel easy. Everything was extraordinary, clean and well-maintained.They took the extra effort to set up a Christmas tree because we were staying over Christmas and it meant a lot. I would recommend these hosts in this place any day of the week. Stay here highly recommend it.
My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house was just as described. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from steamers to cleaning supplies, washer and dryer extra blankets you name it they had it. The designated parking space was very convenient and the area felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to issues and also text to check on us as well.

Thanks so much! Glad you had everything you needed and felt comfortable. You’re welcome back anytime!
Clean and equipped kitchen. Window ac units so bathrooms are not cooled but rest of house was fine. One full bath with jacuzzi tub is difficult to get in and out of so not good if you have younger children and was only complain of our kids both over 6 ft tall. Could park in lot or garage do that was nice! Check in was smooth and owners are available if questions. We had a great stay!
We were in Chicago to see Stray Kids at Wrigley Field and this home was in a great location for us as it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. I highly recommend taking the street when going different places to avoid sitting in freeway traffic and your able to see alot more of Chicago. The neighborhood also felt safe and had many great local restaurants to check out. The house was very cozy but still well maintained, check-in and check-out was simple, and Fabio and Nancy made it easy to contact them if we had any questions. I will definitely consider booking again the next time we plan a trip to Chicago!
Stayed here for a hockey tournament weekend. Property is great location to be close enough to heart of Chicago for access and fun but far enough away that you don’t hear sirens all night long. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. I have an oversized vehicle and was able to get into the detached garage (the alley juncture made it difficult but manageable). Property had all the amenities you could need. Few notes on the shower tub - there is significant height to the entrance. We had one traveler with a knee issue and she had a hard time navigating the height. There is also an old tub jet filter along the inside lower wall of the shower. Every person who went in for a shower came out commenting about smacking ankles on the box.
Great location for Chicago shopping excursion with family!!
This location is about 30 minutes from any shopping you would want to do in Chicago - downtown, Oakbrook, Woodfield, thrifting and boutique. The only exception to this was the Kennedy Expressway which was down while we were there which extended some travel time, which is no issue with this property. The place was exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bedrooms had very dry air though, so running a humidifier in the bedrooms a few days before arrival would have helped. For the neighborhood the nightly rate and fees seemed a little high and the rules were emphasized a few to many times for our liking, but we do understand one wanting to protect property. Thank you for the great stay that met of our needs and there were some great restaurants in the neighborhood we also enjoyed.
Stayed here with 3 other ARMY to attend the JHope Hope on the Stage concert in Chicago 2025.This rental was exactly as pictured—super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth. The home is in an older neighborhood, but it was quiet and felt very safe. Parking was easy, with the garage accessible through a side street. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an amazing mirror that tilts downward—perfect for putting on makeup and getting dolled up! Just a small tip: if you’re on the shorter side, be mindful stepping in and out of the tub. It can be a little high, so hold onto the handle for extra stability since it can get slippery. For anyone heading to Allstate Arena, it’s about a 20-25 minute drive. A helpful tip: On concert days, set your GPS to the Target next to the arena and access the arena parking lot through the side street next to the apartments—this helped us avoid a lot of traffic! There was a slight smell when we first arrived, but we quickly got used to it—definitely not a dealbreaker. Also, there’s a cemetery nearby (which isn’t something we’re used to seeing from where we’re from) but it had no impact on our stay whatsoever.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!
Fabio was very responsive to our inquiries and phone call, especially in figuring out where to park when we first arrived. The house was clean and had all the main amenities. A minor issue: The host should consider providing kleenex and hand lotion. We came to visit our daughter and family who live nearby. We would be happy to rent the place again.
