Stay among the oaks! This new, tastefully decorated home sits on over an acre. The back half of the property is protected wetlands and provides excellent privacy. The trees provide a pretty setting for a great vacation. You can walk out to the creek in the back of the property.
The covered deck is a great place to relax and watch the wildlife. This rural neighborhood has a mix of homes and provides a private and country feel!
Upon entry into the home, you will notice the open-concept floor plan. The kitchen is open and modern, with an island. It opens into the living and dining areas. There are trey and step ceilings for added visual interest. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable—the all-season sunroom has a comfy sofa and TV just off the living room. Back through the living room and down the hall, you will find a laundry area, a full bath with a tub/shower combination, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The home has durable luxury vinyl throughout, and the bedrooms are carpeted.
