Ideally located, very quiet, bright and sunny, tastefully furnished yet highly functional, its south-facing terrace makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break in the sun. Entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and a reading nook, beautiful living room opening onto the furnished terrace, open-plan kitchen, two lovely en-suite bedrooms, one with a study area and ample storage, two shower rooms and a separate WC, laundry area. Air-conditioned apartment. The prestigious residence features a heated swimming pool (open from May to October) and two tennis courts.
