About this property

Lovely cottage with 2 + 1 bedrooms and Community Pool

This fabulous holiday home with 2 + 1 bedroom apartment located in Ferragudo in a quiet residential area.
The beach and resort center with restaurants, bars and shops are only a few minutes walk. Ferragudo is a small fishing village that has retained its original character. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with the whole family. On request, the neighboring house can be rented. The two houses share a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. The use of the existing air conditioning system is provided that calculates desired separately. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and dining area and a shower room / WC. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a shower room and an office with sofa bed. The house has wireless internet and satelite TV.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-kitchen area with open fireplace, which merges into the garden with swimming pool (8 x 3m), which is shared with the next house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, which are equipped with double beds and another may be used as a combined bedroom / study with sofa bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a "hot stone" (electric heating). The living area also ensure the fireplace and the underfloor heating for warmth in the autumn and winter months. There is also:

• Two bathrooms (each with shower, toilet, floor heating, towels & hair dryer)
• Dishwasher and washing machine, electric stove with oven
• Television (all German programs) and DVD / HDD recorder
• Wi-Fi and a small speaker / amplifier for I-Pod / I-Phone
• the terrace with barbecue and a large awning

The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people. However, it is possible to rent for a maximum of another 6 persons the house next door (if available), so that one with a group or family of up to 12 people a nice time together can spend here.
The use of air conditioning is charged extra in the summer and in the winter months from November to March, electricity with 20 cents per Kwh is charged extra.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette location à Ferragudo, Portugal. L'appartement était spacieux, propre et joliment décoré, avec une jardin incroyable. Sa proximité avec la plage et le charmant centre-ville était un véritable atout. J'ai pu me détendre et profiter de la tranquillité de l'endroit. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren in vielen Ferienhäusern in verschiedenen Ländern, aber das Haus in Ferragudo gehört zu den besten, die wir kennengelernt haben. Schon der Empfang mit einem üppig gefüllten Kühlschrank hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auf höchstem Stand und beinhaltet alle Dinge, die man sich wünscht. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Kochutensilien aller Art bestens und reichlich ausgestattet. Im Schrank finden sich Gläser für alle nur denkbaren Getränke :-) Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wird mit dem angebauten Nachbarhaus gemeinsam genutzt, bei uns hat dies angenehm geklappt. Trotz gemeinsamen Garten hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Um auf hohem Niveau zu jammer: der in der Beschreibung genannte Stellplatz konnte nicht genutzt werden, da wir keinen Schlüssel für das Tor bekommen haben. Ebenso konnten wir nicht in das Gartenhäuschen, in dem laut Willkommens-Ordner Sonnenschirme für den Strand sein sollen. Das schmälert aber nicht den überaus positiven Gesamteindruck, auch weil das Haus (Fenster, Türen, Fensterläden, Dusche, Betten, Matratzen, Medienanlage ...absolut dem deutschen Standard entspricht). Ferragudo ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Das Zentrum mit Fischerhafen, Restaurants und Läden sowie der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Alle Restaurants die wir probiert haben waren sehr gut, leider konnten wir gar nicht alle, die uns gefallen haben ausprobieren. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die kleine Bäckerei an der Ecke!!!! Stefanie Zickler von der Hausverwaltung, die ihr Büro genau nebenan hat, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit dem Haus bekannt gemacht. Eigentlich sollten wir hier gar keine so tolle Bewertung einstellen ... nachher ist das Haus künftig immer ausgebucht und wir bekommen keinen Platz mehr, denn wir wollen auf alle Fälle einmal wiederkommen :-)
