Whether you are staying two nights or a month you will find most everything you need in this newly listed condo. Lots of old trees surround this beautiful property. 1000 sq ft open concept 1 bedroom 1 bath. Spacious is definitely how to describe this place. The open concept layout of the property is very inviting. A large bar divides the kitchen and living room with a bathroom accessible from the living area or spacious bedroom. The living area has a pullout sofa, oversized stuffed chair and ottoman with a large flat screen television over an electric fireplace. There is plenty of space to stretch out for everyone staying. The bedroom has a queen bed pillow top mattress, plus a twin sized loft bed . This condo sleeps two in the queen, one on the loft bed, and two others on the pullout sofa. The sofa has a four inch gel topper for added comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an electric glass topped range, full sized refrigerator and microwave and fully furnished with everything appliance wise you would expect in your own home. New pergo flooring and a carpeted bedroom. We are a pet friendly property! The best restaurants and entertainment are a short walk away (no need to search for parking). In less than two blocks you will find live entertainment including but not limited to The Opera House and Granbury Live Theater as well as many fine restaurants. There is always something to do at the town square. For those drawn to the water, the beach is .4 miles from the front door. For that matter, walk around the block to a local lakeside park. Fisherman will find ample space to park their boats at the property and will find two different boat launches (Rough Creek and the City Parks) within a mile.

Perfectly Peaceful

This property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Square but close enough to walk! It was just as described in the listing, no surprises. Just the right amount of space for a couple but had sleeping for 5. It was so nice to have a place to unwind after a day of shopping and sightseeing!

Great condo

Since we ran in the muddy Spartan race, the only down side was no washer/dryer. Otherwise this was a nice condo for me and my sister to stay. Close to the cute downtown square. The property owner communicated very quickly to any questions. Loved Grandbury!
