It is also a short commute to Baha Mar resorts and casino allowing you the enjoyment of the facilities and entertainment of the mega resorts. This townhouse comes fully furnished with A/C, washer, dryer and many other amenities(see listing). With its open concept living/dinning spacious cozy rooms, en suite bathrooms , a pool area/backyard that is very relaxing, it gives you a feeling of home away from home. My place is excellent for family, couples and solo adventurers. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys

Decorated beddings and pillows are not to be used. Please place on shelf in the closets. Lights should be turned off whenever they are not needed
No loud disruptive noises. Place should be left reasonably clean upon departure. Trash should be emptied/piled in one area in the kitchen.
Intended gathering/events of more than max guests(6), has to be entertained on the outside/preapproved by host at additional fee of $15 per person.

Manager was very helpful

Manager made sure we got from the airport to the house, also anywhere we wanted to go she made sure we could get there.

Why they chose this property

This property is situated in an awesome location and the ambiance is very cozy. I chose to buy a property/ build a home because I traveled in this area my whole life, it is a walking distance from many stunning beaches, it was always a very quiet, clean, well kept and it is near our international airport. Because I traveled in this area my whole life I was able to see the potential growth such as major hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and many more
