Lovely home! Architecturally it was fabulous!! It is located well for driving to restaurants, shopping and visiting tourist attractions. The Lavender Farm, Zoo, Tram/gondola and Bio Garde were favorites for us. Great parking and quiet neighborhood. Late afternoon naps were easy in the comfy recliner sofas (2). There were some minor issues with 2 of the sinks and the owner came over and repaired quickly. There were a few other concerns we passed on to the owner after leaving and we're hopeful they will be addressed as we fully intend to rent this home again!

The property was very good for our Balloon Festa stay. The beds and bathrooms were top notch. The price to value was excellent.The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The outdoor grill was also in excellent condition and was perfect for grilling out. The sitting area with TV was also great for watching the baseball playoffs and college football games.

A home truly representative of the New Mexican culture and natural beauty

We went to NM for a wedding. I wanted a truly New Mexican experience for my family who are not familiar with NM. I’ll never forget their faces when they saw this home. They fell in love with the home and with NM. We’ll go back and hopefully we can rent it again

Convenient to all of our destinations

The house served our purpose (4-person golf trip) very well. It was conveniently located to restaurants/shopping and was perfectly located for playing all of the golf courses and access to the casino (Sandia) while we were in town. The hot tub was an added bonus that was used every day. The house was a little light on amenities, but that did not affect our group whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very spacious and very clean. All issues we had with the house were minor ways for the owner to improve the house. But, overall, we were all very pleased with the house, etc...
