The treehouse has Central heat + A/C, blazing fast wifi & an entry level driveway (no stairs!)
four important mountain luxuries!

Conveniently located-
1 min (5 min walk) to the grocery store, 6 mins to Lake Arrowhead Village, 9 mins from Skypark.

Each bedroom upstairs has its own modern, clean, newly remodeled en-suite. No need to share restrooms in this cabin. There is also a full bath downstairs
for when relaxing on bottom level.

Arrival & check-in time is after 4pm.
Departure & check-out time is by 11am.

Kitchen: help yourself to a fully stocked kitchen equipped with complimentary coffee/keurig. Appliances,utensils provided for your essential cooking needs such as: pots/pans,

We had an amazing time. House was perfect for our group consisting of adults, young kids, and a small dog. Kristy the owner was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. We would love to stay here again!

Clean and peaceful

It rained every day during our stay but we were very comfortable cocooning there. The place is well insulated and well heated. All the appliances appear near new. Kristi the manager was very responsive to questions whenever it came up. Thanks for helping us have a great getaway!

Everything we wanted and more!

All elements of this house delivered. First the house. Couches, beds, and other furniture were all very nice and comfortable. The design and style of the house were modern and accessible. It is always nice to have good furniture on the decks to sit out and enjoy the clean, cool air. The master bedroom is something else for sure, but all the bedrooms were great. The location was great as well. Very short drive to the Village (5 minutes) and Blue Jay (10 minutes.) There are some nice local places within walking distance - RBs Steakhouse, Cedar Glen Malt Shop, and the Cedar Glen Inn - and we sampled them all. They were all good and The Malt Shop is a fun retro diner with very good burgers. Finally, having Jensen's just a minute away is so nice. I was there at least once or twice a day to pick up something! I've stayed at a lot of places in Lake Arrowhead over the last 20 years and this is definitely at the top of the list! We'll be back.

The Good: I recently stayed with my family. Property has been recently remodeled and looks beautiful. Great location, near Lake Arrowhead. Originally, the host was pleasant and seemed helpful but wait… The Bad: 1. Not on a lake as advertised. 2. They have installed a noise level device called Minut and made an alarm sound inside the house while my two young daughters were playing with the provided games. 3. During the stay and post checking out we never heard from Kristy. However, she claimed we stained floors and carpet with my disabled mom’s service dog. Which was hard to believe on a trained dog that was mostly by the side of my mom at all times. Then wanted to charge an additional $150 for our service dog. The End: Property is advertised as family and pet friendly but we experienced the opposite after checking out. Not sure if they are new to the vacation rental business but I’ve never experienced poor customer service from a vacation rental. Overall I recommend the stay just be aware of additional fees and noise monitoring.

Beautiful Mountain Hideaway

We had a wonderful time at this cabin in the woods. It was spacious and bright and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our extended family, including older teens to spread out and relax. The location was amazing, it felt like we were in the middle of the forest. We didn't want to leave!
