This one bedroom, one bath downstairs apartment for two boasts a cute little kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need for an evening in with a home cooked meal.

The comfortable queen bed with quality sheets and bedding will be a welcome place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring, hiking or shopping. Don't have big plans tomorrow? Close the blackout curtains and turn on the sound machine to sleep in a little later.

In the living room, cozy up on the sofa with a blanket and watch television from the smart TV. Log in to your own favorite streaming subscriptions and enjoy a relaxing evening in. Make yourself at home in our private apartment for two. We can't wait to host you!

There is a small shared open area when you enter the front door that has an entryway and stairs up to the 2nd level. There is a deadbolt smart lock on the front door and an additional deadbolt smart lock on each individual apartment, making it a safe and enjoyable stay!

**Private parking area next to the house: Each 1 BR apartment has 1 dedicated parking space. The parking spaces are numbered according to the apartment, so unit #1 will park in the space with a number 1 on the post.
