Comfortable studio flat with garden area

It was clean, modern and comfortable. The location was ideal for using public transport (bus or tram) to get into Potsdam and to then get the train into Berlin. From the flat to the centre of Berlin was about an hour in total. There is a large supermarket (Kaufland) within walking distance. There are several apartments in the property so the garden area is shared with other guests, but there are sufficient seating places available for everyone.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment is clean, quiet and reasonably well equipped and there’s a lovely (shared) garden with a table and chairs. It is very comfortable - the sole (relatively minor) drawback is that the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is tight. It’s about 7 minutes’ walk to the tram stop and about 10 minutes by tram to the centre of Potsdam, which is beautiful. There’s a large supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk away. Owners live in the adjacent house.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und waren rundum zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß und Potsdam und Berlin gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.

Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist das Zentrum Potsdams mit dem Rad oder dem Auto rasch zu erreichen. Sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Wöltge trotz verspäteter Anreise wegen Stau.Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber, vollständig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das sehr gepflegte Grundstück lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Aus unserer Sicht gab es nichts auszusetzen, Dank an Familie Wöltge.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung zu öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln

Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, gefühlt am Waldrand und doch in der Stadt; mit einem kurzen Fußweg sind verschiedene Straßenbahn-/Buslinien erreichbar; Stellplatz vor dem Grundstück; am Tag der Ankunft war die Heizung bereits an, so dass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben; wir würden dieses Quartier weiterempfehlen

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Ein wunderbarer Startpunkt um Potsdam zu erkunden. Wohnung hell und freundlich. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt. Einfaches Parken vor dem Haus! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gern wieder einmal!

Seele baumeln lassen

Hier kann man sich erholen. ich war zu einem Kurztrip in der Gegend und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Blick aus meinem Ein-Zimmer App. ging ins Grüne - wunderbar. Ist was für Leute, die die Ruhe mögen. Möbel und Wohnung sind wie neu. Ich kann die Vermieter ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen.
