Vacation in World Heritage: Russian colony Alexandrowka. Right in the historic center of Potsdam is the enchanting and luxurious holiday apartment (3 rooms for up to 4 people - 85sqm living space, including 20sqm of their own terrace / garden). The apartment with its own entrance is located on the ground floor of the single monument, which was completely renovated in 2017/2018, with its own garden and a wonderful view of the garden. The service road is a dead end and traffic calmed. You live centrally and at the same time with a view of greenery in the world cultural heritage - in the middle of Potsdam's historic city center.

The Belvedere on the Pfingstberg with its castle and park are just a stone's throw away. You can easily reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes or in 5 minutes by bike. The "Russian Tea Room" is just a few meters away, where you can have breakfast or enjoy Russian specialties.

The house was completely renovated with great attention to detail. The apartment "Pushkin" on the ground floor offers contemporary comfort in a historical shell, z. B. massive (partly historical) castle planks, a design bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The color of the apartment and the restored historical ceiling paintings make it unique. The apartment has its own area in the historic garden, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden of the historic monument and have breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening and relax after a day with "city pavement". In autumn our guests are invited to try the fruits of the many fruit trees in our garden. All "old varieties" from the times of Friedrich Wilhelm III.

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 160cm, 1x 180cm). One bedroom is half open to the living room. We provide the bed linen free of charge. The modern granite kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove (induction), oven, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A high chair is available for a toddler. The luxurious bathroom has a spacious shower with rain shower. We provide a basic set of towels on arrival free of charge (1x large, 1x small per guest).

The apartment on the ground floor and the maisonette (first floor, top floor) can be connected to a large apartment for 12 people with a total of 250 square meters by the internal staircase.

As part of the Potsdam cultural landscape, the colony is an independent UNESCO World Heritage Site. This exposed location is uniquely beautiful, but there are also restrictions: Unfortunately, parking directly at the house is only possible to a limited extent (parking disc 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., 2 hours). You can load and unload your vehicle right next to our property. You can then park for free in the front area of the Russian colony for an unlimited period. Due to conservation requirements, visitors' vehicles are not allowed to park on the property. We ask for your understanding!

The Russian colony is a green oasis in the heart of Potsdam. Due to the location in the city center you can still hear the sounds of an urban location. You won't notice much of this in the apartments, because we attached great importance to sound insulation. Experience the liveliness of the city center in the historic gardens. Due to the central location, our jewelry box has a very good connection to public transport, bus stop about 100m from the house, tram in 2 minutes on foot.

A free WiFi connection (100 Mbit) is available. We welcome all guests personally and, if desired, are happy to help with advice and action. I was born in Potsdam and have many insider tips ready.

HOUSE RULES: The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. For the FINAL CLEANING we charge 60 €, which is paid on site when the keys are handed over. We provide bed linen and towels for our guests free of charge. The quaint and unique individual monument was renovated with a lot of effort and attention to detail: Please understand that we provide a deposit of € 200 with your booking. We are happy if our guests treat "her" with care. We have solid wood flooring throughout - we want all guests to enjoy this uniquely beautiful floor for a long time. We ask guests to take off their shoes in the house. Of course we have slippers ready for our guests! Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., departure must be before 10 a.m. Caution! Please book all persons including all children with your request. Children under 1 year are not charged. Please just a short info !!
