Our Oceanfront, Mountain and Sunset view is THE most famous on all of Kaua'i!!!

Newly renovated with A/C throughout unit. 4 split Mitsubishi units: one in each bedroom , one in kitchen/dining area and one in living room/atrium area.

If you are looking for the most beautiful, romantic place in the world this may be it! This is one of the few Puu Poa condominium units with the iconic 'Bali Hai' view. Our condo sits on the edge of a bluff, with full unobstructed white water ocean and mountain views that are too beautiful to believe.

The condo (# 311) faces almost due west, so spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean are the norm. The condo itself is huge, over 1800 square feet of interior living space, with

its own additional 22 foot by 18 foot outdoor lanai. There is also a huge enclosed sunroom that actually allows you to enjoy any tropical showers. It is custom decorated in a retro Hawaiian style with many original artist's touches, beautiful tile and granite throughout. There is more than ample furniture to relax and nap in different areas.

Puu Poa is THE premier luxury/view condo complex on the North Shore of Kauai, in Princeville.

Just steps away from our condo is the newly ($250 mil) renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay that opened February 15, 2023. This property was formally the Princeville Resort Kauai and more recently the St. Regis Princeville Hotel. The 1 Hotel is a luxury resort that caters to the upper crust of the upper crust — with typical rooms priced at between $1,500 and $2,000 a night and premium lodging going for more than $20,000. There are multiple restaurants and bars there that are open to the public. The 2 main restaurants are the 1 Kitchen and the Melina Terrace, the latter a Japanese style restaurant specializing in sushi. There is also a coffee shop off the lobby, called “Neighbors”, open 6am to 4 pm, with nice breakfast dishes and lunch salads and wraps; Coffees, teas and specialty beverages available all day.

There is also a winding path to the unbelievably picturesque Hideaways Beach below our bluff, where there is a nice coral reef for snorkling.

The fabulous 18 hole Makai Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., is also steps from the door.

Tennis and pickle ball are available for free onsite at the condo.

What a wonderful location!

10/10! We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo! The views off of the lanai were unbelievable with sunsets over Bali Hai and the ocean. The swimming in the reef below the condo was the best on the entire island. We swam with so many different fish and TURTLES! The amenities in the condo itself were top notch. The final cherry on top was our host. Mark was amazing and had so many helpful tips and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Beautiful!

The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view at sunset is the best on the island. Check in was very easy and our host Mark was communicative and helpful. Easy walk down to two different beautiful beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to return asap. Mahalo!

Mark was a truelly incredible host and went above and beyond. We were staying in the unit during the July 2025 tsunami (from the russian earthquake) and Mark was so helpful with giving us super helpful information so we felt safe (our first tsunami). Beyond the tsunami the unit was great and really appreciated it having extra garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, beach chairs, cooler, etc. so we really just needed to get food and then we could vacation!

Kauai beauty

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. Mark's condo was beautifully decorated and the view can't be beat. Mark was also great as far as communication went. He always responded to our questions promptly.Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best but we still had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend Marks condo if you plan to stay in Kauai.

Mark ( owner ) was very communicative throughout our stay. This condo is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The location offers stunning views of Hanalei Bay with breath taking sunsets. It's close enough to walk to Queens Bath and Hideaway beach which were both amazing. We had a spectacular time!

Fantastic Property!

We totally loved the condo, and it was in a perfect location. We watched the sunset nightly over Hanalei Bay nightly from the lanai. We were steps from One Hotel with beautiful grounds, food and views. The condo was immaculate, spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner provided a wealth of information before we arrived. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

The condo is perfect! The kitchen had everything, the living rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture. I can’t think of anything missing that would have enhanced our stay. We have been going to Princeville for 30 plus years and this is by far the best condominium we have stayed in. Wonderful place!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect to give the best views of the ocean and Bali Hai. Sunsets were amazing as was star gazing at night. Communication with Mark the owner was very good. He was very helpful on suggestions for restaurants and activities. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again if we’re fortunate to come back.

Location. Location. Location. Kauai is the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands. The North Shore is the most beautiful part of Kauai. The Puu Poa condo complex is the premier condo complex on Kauai. Our unit is one of just a handful at Puu Poa with the iconic Bali Hai view and closest proximity to the ocean. It is large and beautifully appointed. ALSO, One of the few units with A/C throughout the condo (4 Mitsubishi split units). Due west sunset views

What makes this property unique

Lynn and I have a son, daughter-in-law and grand daughters living on Kauai so we come and visit as often as we can. The condo has the feel of a home rather than a 'rental condo package' and it is appointed and equipped like our home. Again, one of the few units with A/C throughout condo.
